Très satisfait, séjour parfait
Pros:

Professionnalisme des filles à la réception
Une d'entre elles (son nom m'a échappé) nous a
accordé un early check in et c'était génial.
Très pratique pour ceux qui veulent faire un transfert vers d'autres destinations :la gare est juste à côté. Proximité du centre-ville.
La chambre est spacieuse , propre et calme côté jardin. Le petit dejeuner est très variable.
Disponibilité de l'eau:une fontaine est en face de la réception
Salle de bain large avec des produits rituel à disposition

Cons:

Baignoire à la place de la douche
Alentours de l'hôtel surtout si vous rentrez tard la nuit plein de sdf

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was super helpful and nice!!
Pros:

It was clean, quiet and comfortable!

Cons:

Even though the location was very convenient to the train station, you had to be mindful of your surroundings when stepping outside.

Pros:

This hotel is not really up to the Novotel standard but it’s ok for a night. It’s basically in a Ghetto so unless you’re a trainee war reporter it won’t be suitable for most people.
The best thing about it is that it’s opposite the station meaning you can get out of Brussels quickly !

Small beds
Silly shower facing the side and not the bath. ( whose idea was that??)
Breakfast was just about ok.
It’s not good value for money.

Pros:

Not the expected size of the room from Novotel but exceeds my expectation on the size of the room. Next to Brussels Zuid-Midi station, so easy access when coming from different city like Amsterdam. Spacious room, clean, comfortable bedding. I got the balcony room, so got the city view. Luggage storage facility after check-out. So a great stay. Just 2 km from The Grand Place. So walking to city center.

Cons:

The surrounding of the location. I don't know is it jus the way Brussels city is, but very unclean, too much trash. Not expected from the area where hotels like Novotel or Radisson is there which are reputed hotel chains. Train, tram & bus stops are nearby was nothing was issue but when you go out, felt little discomfort.

Das Hotel liegt neben einer Station daher ist es draussen sehr schmutzig und viele komische leuten ansonsten aber alles
Pros:

Das zimmer war gross und sauber.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hatte einige gebraucht spuren. Die Badewanne funktioniert nicht richtig.
