It was clean.
The electricity in the room works continuously and there is no way to turn it off. We mentioned this issue to the staff, but unfortunately, nothing was done. We were told that they couldn’t do anything about it. Since we needed to charge our phones, we had to sleep for a few hours with the electricity on. After that, we removed the key card, and there was no electricity in the room.

Location was great for picking up and dropping off a car rental.
Neighborhood not the best.
Also there was a systemic problem with the lights in the rooms, so you couldn’t shut the lights off using the switches. Hopefully to be repaired soon
ブリュッセル南駅の目の前で大変便利。観光名所のグランプラスなども徒歩十数分で行けて鉄道を使う必要は全くない。駅前で治安は少し気にしていたが問題なし。日曜日の朝には駅前に朝一が開かれ、イチゴを買って朝食にした。コスパ良し。
部屋がもう少し広ければと思うが2人分のスーツケースを広げることはできるため問題なし。
Perfect location for picking up a rental car. We rebooked because it is so convenient.
The area around the hotel is a transportation hub- not a place to visit.
The hotel was to the normal high standards you would expect with a Novotel. The reception staff were excellent, spoke very good English and helped with local knowledge and how to use the local transport.
We didn't eat at the hotel so we cannot comment on this.
The location, whilst being very close to the Eurostar station and therefore easy to get to (remember to check which exit to leave the station otherwise its a long walk) the local area is not the best especially at night.
The price of the breakfast and evening drinks seemed steep to us therefore we ate away from the hotel.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel au Novotel Bruxelles.
L’hôtel était très propre et idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare de Bruxelles-Midi et du centre-ville. C’est vraiment l’un des points que j’ai le plus appréciés : l’emplacement est très pratique pour se déplacer et visiter la ville.
La chambre était confortable, notamment le lit. J’ai dormi comme un bébé ! Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, avec beaucoup de choix.
Pour le prix, la qualité des services est vraiment au rendez-vous. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
J’ai passé un très agréable séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel !
