Not great, but bad.. just average..!
Pros:

Great location by the beach, and having the outdoor pool was good too. Nice sea view from the room. Nice that you could open up window and hear the sea.

Ein super schönes Hotel was man ruhigen gewissen Empfehlen kann

Das Zimmer und die großen Betten,inkl. Kühlschrank und große Fenster die man auch öffnen konnte, war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das WLAN super. Swimmingpool war vorhanden und man bekam auf Nachfrage Handtücher . Der Blick und die Geräusche des Pazifik waren unbeschreiblich schön. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Vielleicht sollte man dem Personal einen Englischkurs empfehlen oder sponsern, denn am Empfang jemanden zu haben der nicht englisch spricht, sollte für ein so großes, schönes und internationales Hotel selbstverständlich sein.

Un estancia para recordar porqué me gusta Iquique
Pros:

La atención del personal de recepción, la limpieza de la habitación, el tamaño de esta era bastante acogedor, con una vista al mar increíble. Sin ruidos molestos y una temperatura agradable de la habitación y la ducha. El lugar es muy céntrico, lo que nos permitió desplazarnos sin mayores retrasos.

Cons:

Por decir algo, la franja horaria para el desayuno es muy corta, no alcanzamos a tomar desayuno porque estuvimos listos a las 10 am, y el desayuno se servía hasta las 09:30. Este horario lo sabíamos, pero en la práctica es muy breve.

Cons:

El desayuno no estaba tan completo. Solo tenían una opción de fruta. Los vidrios en general estaban muy sucios tanto los de la pieza como los del baño.

Pros:

La ubicación, definitivamente es lo mejor que tiene. La atención del personal de la recepcionista y camareras del restaurante, muy simpáticas y serviciales.

Cons:

Problemas con el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba correctamente. Además, una ocasión tomamos un café con las muestras que deja el hotel para consumo. Y la taza q usamos siguió sucia durante toda la instancia.

lA VISTA DEL HOTEL HACIA LA PLAYA. Almohadas cómodas.

Cons:

El desayuno muy básico, huevos revueltos helados y casi duros, no existe variedad de frutas. Lugar sin un mantel. Pedi unos huevos fritos, pero no se podía. Un pan marraqueta inflado que se desmigaba solo. Baja calidad.
Baños súper oscuros y ducha muy muy alta y en mal estado, mal desague. Falta invertir en modernización .
