Buena ubicación, personal super amable y el desayuno no muy variado pero bien.
Se nota un poco antiguo el hotel, por ejemplo la tele no es smart. Había algunos hongos en el baño
La limpieza
Al llegar nos pidieron una garantía de $60.000 por habitación lo cual no aparecía en la página ni de booking ni del hotel , el desayuno es muy diferente a las fotos que están en booking y el personal del desayuno era poco amable incluso una señora del personal guardó los pocillos diciendo que guarden las cosas para que "estos" se dejen de comer haciendo alusión a los clientes que estábamos consumiendo. Las habitaciones del 3er piso quedaban pasadas a comidas no nos hicieron el cambio ni siquiera consideraron el ruido de la habitación y fuimos con un bebé, pésima seguridad en más de una ocasión intentaron abrir nuestra pieza y la respuesta del personal fue que se deben haber confunfido de pieza, falta seguridad y darle utilidad a las cámaras o bien instalar camaras cercanas a las puertas para identificar a las personas que molestan a otros. Rescato la gente de la limpieza muy amable saludaban todos e hicieron un buen trabajo, la ubicación cercana a la playa pero para descansar cero, los bares funcionan hasta las 2 de la mañana e hicieron escándalos.

Podrían reponer todos los días café,te,azúcar en la habitación en caso de necesitar tomar algo caliente por la noche.
La tv no funcionó el cable y no tenía internet para ver programación por internet 😔
Lo central y tiene un Restaurant abajo del hotel para comer
Habitaciones antiguas y poco cuidadas piso de la habitación despegándose y la primera mañana tuve que bañarme con agua fría, lo compensa la amabilidad del personal para solucionar el problema
Excelente ubicación, personal muy amigable, cómodas instalaciones. El desayuno es muy bueno y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

Solo tienen la entrada para cargar chilena, no tienen adaptadores para cargar para extranjeros. Nosotros llegamos tarde y era domingo donde no todo estaba abierto, complicado.
