Solo tienen la entrada para cargar chilena, no tienen adaptadores para cargar para extranjeros. Nosotros llegamos tarde y era domingo donde no todo estaba abierto, complicado.

Cons:

Los pocos estacionamientos que tienen (6), los cobran adicionalmente a $/dia 12.000, por sobre la tarifa y esto no estaba dentro del presupuesto.
Desayuno muy limitado, escasa variedad.
Toallas no se cambiaron en los tres días que estuvimos alejados.

Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel.

Primero, la espera en el check-in fue excesiva y, además, cobran una garantía de $60.000 que no aparece informada claramente en las condiciones al momento de reservar.

El hotel le arrienda espacio a un bar y el nivel de ruido simplemente no permite descansar. Fui con mis padres, ambos adultos mayores, precisamente a relajarnos, y la música sobrepasaba cualquier nivel razonable. ¿La solución del hotel? Decirnos que llamáramos a inspectores municipales.

Otro punto insólito fue el servicio. En la habitación dejan solo 2 tazas de cortesía, siendo que éramos 3 personas. Solicité una taza adicional para tomar té y me respondieron que no tenían permitido entregar otra.

El cambio de sábanas y toallas es cada 3 días, lo que resulta absurdo considerando que justamente nuestra estadía era de 3 días, por lo que nunca tuvimos ese servicio. También tuve que pedir papel higiénico varias veces: un día me entregaron 2 rollos y al siguiente solo 1, argumentando que ya me habían dado suficientes anteriormente.

He estado en hoteles dentro y fuera de Chile, y pocas veces he visto una preocupación tan baja por el bienestar del cliente. Se nota que a la administración solo le interesa generar dinero, dejando completamente de lado la experiencia y comodidad de quienes se hospedan.

Jamás volvería y no lo recomiendo para quienes piensan viajas a Iquique.

Aceptable economicamente, pero no satisfecho.

Preferiría pagar un poco mas pero con desayuno decente, mejores servicios, el Internet del hotel se caiga cada 40 minutos y debías volver abrir sesión para obtenerlo el WiFi, el tv n tenia Internet y n me dejaba colocarle, no habían personal para resolver los pequeños detalles como este.
