- la caja fuerte no funcionaba
- puertas del closet en mal estado
- las ventanas de la pieza no cerraban al todo y se escuchaba todo el ruido

La cercanía hacía la playa Cavancha y bares y todo al alcance de la mano, comodidad y amplitud en la habitación, vista al mar, aire acondicionado y habitacion equipada para una estadía acogedora (refrigerador, hervidor, té, café)

Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación, muy tranquilo y con hermosa vista.
Además como cortesía, nos enviaron a una habitación con vista al mar. Excelente!

El personal muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ofrecer un buen servicio. Las instalaciones muy buenas. El lugar esta muy cercano a la playa y a varios restaurantes muy buenos!

Hotel para no regresar.
Cons:

Contrate con estacionamiento, al llegar me indican que esta lleno, pero a 5 cuadras tienen otro estacionamiento, le explico a la recepcionista que mi señora tiene problemas de movilidad, a lo cual me responde qué si tiene estacionamiento en el Hotel pero debo pagar U$12.
Se debe dejar una FIANZA de U$60, (deben recibir delincuentes)
Al desayuno, solicite una bandeja para llevarle a mi esposa a la habitación, me contestaron que lo que salía del comedor debía ser pagado.
La puerta del baño, no se podía cerrar, las lámparas sin pantalla protectora (solo la ampolleta).
No es un HOTEL 4 estrellas.
