Pros:

Хороший отель, с качественным, но уже устаревшим ремонтом и добротной мебелью. Внимательный и приветливый персонал. Комнаты чистые, бельё чистое, белоснежное. Кровать тоже удобная, размер king-size.

Cons:

Комнаты уже требуют реновации, ремонт давний. На 5 звезд не дотягивает по некоторым моментам: отсутствие в номере элементарной посуды: чайной ложки, нормальной чашки для чая, вместо неё два пластиковых!!! стакана и две деревянные палочки в индивидуальной упаковке. При этом есть пакетики с чаем, сахара нет. Нет кофемашины. Отсутствуют гигиенические пакеты в с/у. Не знаю, есть ли в отеле услуги стирки и химчистки, но специальный мешок «Laundry» отсутствует. Это самые заметные моменты, но ещё много мелочей, которые обращают на себя внимание. В отеле практически один полноценный ресторан с не очень богатым выбором (не считая зоны для завтраков, которая работает только под завтраки) и lounge, где так же обслуживают по меню, немного отличающемуся от меню ресторана, но где совершенно неудобно принимать полноценные трапезы, поскольку мебель в этой зоне не предназначена для этого - низкие диваны и такие же низкие стеклянные столы.

floor carpets are very very very dirty
