Завтрак отличный. Персонал приветливый, все пронизано заботой. появилось чувство что каждый человек в отеле стремиться о тебе позаботиться. Благоарю всех за проведенное в отеле время.

Cons:

Поменять массажный столы на современные было бы уместно. И тапочки у меня 48 размер а в отеле были только 42 выглядело это забавно.

Konumu. Lobisi. Restoranın yemekleri.

Cons:

Odalar eski. Teknoloji yok. Mobilya banyo kapısı eski. En köşedeki (kahvaltı salonu yanındaki) asansör sürekli bozuktu. Kat çalışanları anlamsız bakıyorlar, güler yüzlü değiller. Hiçbiri merhaba ya da günaydın demiyor.

Overall, Hotel is very good
Pros:

The hotel is great, good location, many things are nearby.

Cons:

We have been staying in the hotel many times, last time we stayed, the bathroom shower door was not working properly and the shower head was a disaster, water was not pouring normally. We complained and got switched to another room with a better shower.

Прекрасный отель, слегка уставший, но сохранивший былое очарование! Завтраки отличные, персонал выше всяких похвал, дружелюбные, помогают во всех мелочах

Прочитал в отзывах после бронирония , что номер кому то попался прокуренный , переживал , так не курю . Но все было отли

Девушка на ресепшене вела себя ужасно.. на минуточку девочки туда вам никто насильно не поставил , и за ваши деньги мы не заселялись. Будьте проще .

Отношение персонала, на ресепшене девушка. Я спросила у вас все нормально? Или вы чем то озабочены? Она сказала нормально. Видимо забыла где стоит . Официанты тоже звезды, им вроде как нравится обслуживать только китайцев , ждали минут 40 да бы сделать заказ
