Pros:

Pool was nice and relaxing, enough space between the sun beds. Seaview from the room was fine. Friendly Staff. Free parking spaces on the nearby street.

Cons:

Some things were a little bit loose: door knob and towel holder.

Para mí se queda en un 3 estrellas!
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien y con buenas vistas. Nos encantó que no hubiera griteríos de niños.

Cons:

Para ser un 4 estrellas, deja que desear. La recepción está muy bien pero la habitación se veía muy antigua y le faltaba mucho para llegar a un 4 estrellas. El baño está oxidado, viejo y hasta algunas cosas se caían a trozos. La zona de la piscina está muy sucia. Las hamacas nunca se han limpiado, el suelo alrededor de la piscina tiene cagadas de pájaros que llevaban allí varios días o semanas. Las sombrillas están ancladas y no las puedes mover. Cuando se mueve el sol vas dando vueltas para tener sombra.
El restaurante está bien pero la comida no está a la altura de un 4 estrellas.

Un lieu de qualité qui permet de visiter le nord de Gran Canaria.... voiture nécessaire
Pros:

Très grande chambre...bon petit déjeuner... facilité pour accéder au port en passant sur le chemin extérieur à la piscine qui mène au piscines naturelles .. puis au port.

Cons:

Literie à changer... matelas...le fauteuil en suspension prend beaucoup de place et n'est pas stable

Sicuramente la posizione e il fatto che fosse solo per adulti e ció ha evitato sciamazzi ,tuffi e lanci di palla nell'area piscina.

Da migliorare un po' gli spazi comuni, a colazione per esempio mancava per tre giorni di fila il tè verde, il bollitore in stanza era sporco

Mi è piaciuto molto la struttura e la camera,sicuramente arredamento molto bello!e le mie aspettative solo sempre molto alte,inoltre buono il buffet per colazione con ampia scelta e bellissima la piscina che ha a disposizione diverse sdraio e lettini.

Cons:

L'unica cosa "brutta" tra virgolette è stata la cena: io e il mio compagno avevamo la mezza pensione e nonostante siamo due persone che variamo molto il cibo era sempre quello, ovviamente per chi sta tanto tempo(2 settimane )come noi dopo un po sempre le solite cose,e il bere non incluso nella cena secondo noi non va bene,dato che paghi per cena (cibo e bevande in teoria)

Más de lo mismo incluso con el cambio de compañía hotelera..
Pros:

El personal que trabaja en el hotel...La cama de la habitación 🛏️🛏️

Cons:

Llevan varios años con un problema de moscas.. está es nuestra tercera visita y ya lo tenían anteriormente..el aíre acondicionado no enfriaba bien..el extractor del baño hacía un ruido espantoso..las terrazas todas sucias y llenas de escrementos,y plumas de palomas..las hamacas sucias también..tener un socorrista para ayudar en el bar y que no se ocupé de su trabajo no me parece lo más seguro..vasos, servilletas,pajitas por tada la piscina sin qué nadie las recogiera,dan una muy mala imagen al establecimiento..la falta de personal también es significativa..

So worth every penny, the only down side was the restaurant options, we didn’t have many options for our taste buds.
Pros:

The ambiance was super refreshing, the staff’s are very lovely and helpful, the location was quiet and connected to nature, there is access to a rocky beach close by and the breakfast, hmmmmm is was lovely and inclusive.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect, it was hard to get spa access through due to high demand.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Agaete
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen beim Check-in. Unser Zimmer hatte eine fantastische Größe und war wirklich sauber. Von unserem Balkon aus hatten wir eine Aussicht auf das Meer und auf einen Felsen, was morgens und abends wunderschön war. Das große Bad war fantastisch und die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Man hatte zwei Kissen zur Auswahl. Dank dem kleinen Kühlschrank konnte man auch ein paar Getränke kühlen. Für meinen Geschmack war das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat unsere Erwartungen voll uns ganz erfüllt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war sehr groß. Mir hat die Ecke mit den kanarischen Spezialitäten sehr gefallen. Es gab warme Speisen und auch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen zum Frühstück. Obst und Jogurt gab es auch in großer Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und auch hilfbereit bei Fragen.

Absolutes Highlight war der Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus. Von dort konnten wir den Teide sehen und auch die schönen Klippen. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Trips im Norden und Westen fantastisch. Man kommt auch leicht in die Mitte der Insel um in den Barrancos zu wandern. Wir würden jedem ein Auto empfehlen oder die guten Busanbindungen. Agaete selbst ist ein wunderschöner Ort und bietet fantastische Wandergebiete und eine schöne Hafenatmosphäre.

Cons:

Hier und da gab es Stellen im Hotel, die bei der Reinigung ein wenig zu kurz kamen. Ich betone, dass unser Zimmer super sauber war. Hier gab es nichts zu beanstanden! Manch ein Teppich wurde tagelang einfach auf dem Weg zu den Zimmern allerdings leider vergessen. Dort bröckelte die Farbe von der leicht feuchten Decke runter. Das war ein wenig unansehnlich und war ein starker Kontrast zu der fantastischen Leistung der Reinigungskräfte, die wir aus unserem Zimmer kannten.

Unvorteilhaft fanden wir die Glaswand, die direkt neben dem Bett war. Hinter der Glaswand lag direkt die Dusche, somit konnte keiner morgens duschen ohne den anderen zu wecken. Die Glaswand zur Toilette vom Bad aus, konnte leider auch nicht geschlossen werden. Somit war das ganze Bad leider geblockt, wenn jemand auf Toilette musste, was leider den Sinn einer separaten Toilette nicht erfüllte. Wir hätten uns auch eine größere Ablage für Koffer gewünscht, da wir etwas länger dort waren und unsere großen Koffer immer irgendwo im Weg lagen.

All diese Punkte sind allerdings "Meckern" auf hohen Niveau. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit dort und würden es auch wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen!
