The location was gorgeous, the staff were lovely, and our room was lovely and spacious. There was a good amount of drinks included in the all inclusive and the pool side space was really relaxing. Overall we had a lovely time at the hotel.
The only thing that damaged our experience was that our double bed was actually two twin beds pushed together with two single duvets. It was really awkward to sleep in and we kept falling down the gap in the middle - i felt like this was a bit silly given how much we’d paid. I would also say that while the food was delicious I don’t think there was enough of a range on offer.
Rooftop food was good as some local places didn't open as late and it's a lovely setting. The gym and spa area were good. The pools are lovely, sunny spot and well screened from the coastal breeze. The food poolside is amazing.
The view over the coastline was amazing from our room.
The staff were friendly. There is parking within the hotel but also in the quiet residential areas nearby and a free beach car park about 150m up the road.
It's a slightly older crowd but all nice guest.

Coffee machine was okay but like most of these commercial machines it could be a bit better. Very few complaints.

Wir hätten gerne im Freien gefrühstückt, was leider nicht möglich war. Aber das breite Frühstücksangebot hat uns wieder versöhnt.

El desayuno y la cena bufet muy mediocres, poca variedad, calidad que no corresponde a otros hoteles de la cadena Barcelo, escaso personal agobiado y con dificultad para dar servicio, no compensa nada alimentarse allí o hacer uso del bar de la piscina, menú malo y escaso… una lástima con las buenas instalaciones que tienen
La tranquilidad y el estado de las instalaciones. Ante cualquier inconveniente el personal es muy resolutivo.

La ubicación es fantástica y el pueblo de Agaete así como el puerto está a un paseo de distancia. El hotel cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades super disfrutables y el personal es muy amable. Al llegar nos habían subido de categoría de habitación gratuitamente y fue toda una sorpresa, un regalo genial para comenzar la estancia.
Por poner un pero quizá la saturación y la espera al pedir comida en la zona de la azotea.

I like the pool and our room was really nice.
The food at the pool bar was really bad and small. The service was bad and very slow at the pool bar. On the last night they didnt clean our room.
La localización es muy buena.
Wir haben mit Meerblick gebucht und hatten auch einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück und Abendessen waren lecker und abwechslungsreich, auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Insgesamt waren es sehr entspannte Tage.
