A better appreciation of Redding, CA.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast.

Cons:

King bed was too soft (not firm). Woke up with slight back pain.

Pros:

The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. he suggested the safest place to park our car and gave is restaurant suggestions.
The breakfast staff was very nice and for a quick breakfast, it had some really good choices.

Pros:

The hotel was great, quiet and very accessible location. When we arrived we had 2 toddlers and lots of luggage, and at check in the manager, Brett, offered to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room. It was so thoughtful and really helped us get settled. We would happily stay again!

Friendly staff! However, the elevator was broken, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Normally, this isn't a problem, but when you have lower back issues, it's not ideal. Rooms are small. but clean. No coffee maker, but they have 24 hr coffee and tea in the lobby. Nice to have a microwave and a small fridge in the room. The bathroom is a good size and the A/C works :)

Pros:

This is a limited review because I didn’t take advantage of all the features. I was happy because I got first floor room in the back close to an access door to a parking lot. I wasn’t happy about the $15 daily parking fee though. Overall my stay was trouble free and that is what is most important to me.

Pool was great
Breakfast was all you could want.
Tucked away from the busy parts of town, although right by the freeway, it felt safe and close enough to drive for food or shopping.

Pros:

People at the front desk were great as usual. The rooms are just very doll. No pictures even on the wall. One of the mattresses was pretty old and had a big divot in it.
I’ve watched this property decline over the last few years. Hotels around it are much nicer.
