The Lady at the front desk, didn't hesitate when I asked her for an extra shampoo and conditioner, due to the length and thickness of my hair. She's also very friendly.

The Property was older but very clean, spacious,
air conditioning was great and looked new, our bed was very comfortable.

The one staff member was very nice and probably saved them from getting a worse review from me.

The lobby smelled like sewer and they were over compensating for that with very terrible cleaning products. TV didn't work. No hot water.

They were very nice hosts. Friendly & helpful. The motel was updated, very clean and nice! We would recommend it and stay there again.

Stains on the bedding that looked like dried blood. Lobby smelled like sewer. Was told that they added a rollaway bed when I called and asked for it but when we went to check in, they said there was no comments about a rollaway bed. Luckily we ended up not needing it. it was decent for a one night stay but probably will not be back.

Mold in the shower, mold on the mattress, sheets not clean, old used coffee pod in coffeemaker. AC thermostat not working right. Building is in generally poor shape

We had a bug in our bathroom Sheets old and stained. Quilt stained. Breakfast meh. Room not cleaned in corners.

When I checked in, I asked if the air was on in the room, and the desk clerk said yes. When in the room it was hotter than hell! The air was off. Opened the dresser drawer, and there was garbage in the drawers. Dirty fingerprints on the door and in the bathroom there was pealed paint exposing the carbonation the drywall. Also when I checked in, I wouldn’t have expected to see someone behind the counter with basketball shorts and a tanktop who looked high as hell. Not a pleasant satu!

Obviously little customer traffic and dated features. Staff was basically non-existent apart from calling for them to come. Continental breakfast was totally missing on second morning, with no staff to address the concern.

When i girdt arrivrf the room was freezing. I tried to turn the hest ON and nothing happened. They had to move me to another room. That room was freezing too! Took hours to warm up. The halls werent heated either. Thankfully all i needed was a bed to sleep on. Breakfast was average. They hadnt salted the walkways when i left for work

We had to ask to change our room because there was poop from the previous people that where in the room and so the bathroom wasn't clean. They have us another room and I found hair in the shower when i was ready to use it and realized all the soap where used and full of hairs so that even this room wasn't clean then they try to give us another one and while opening the door the room wasn't done and all the beds where dirty then showed us a fourth room and this one seemed clean, we checked the bathroom and chose to stay until we realized the tv wasn't working and then the day after breakfast wasn't served with the most pathetic excuse ever heard, the reason was a pandemic that ended 3 years ago. Never comment on these things but this one was by far the most disgusting and terrible experience we ever had and the young guy was the most rude person you could contemplate. Instead than apologize to give us a room full of poop in the toilet and two others completely dirty he was pretending that we should have had patient and not make her mom cry, we just asked for a clean room since there was none. Unbelievable nightmare! Worst hotel service I can recall and especially the most dirty ever. Every part of the room was also full of dust. They told us..... sorry, can't go ahead!

Not a bad place, not great but it was clean and quite so I was happy with it.
