Location, corner room was pretty, good breakfast
Had to sleep on first a broken couch bed then the most horrendous roll away! I can’t even believe they would deliver something in that bad shape to a guest. Very disappointing. I also paid for breakfast and the rez was for 3 adults and 1 child. When we checked in we were told that the food was for 2 adults and 2 kids so we still had to pay for breakfast. Only had valet parking for $65/night and was zero help finding other parking. Parking is very confusing for someone that doesn’t live there and we got 2 $85 tickets. So overall not a good experience!
Location was great! The staff was really amazing! So helpful and friendly.
The parking cost was much higher than the quote, however, the valets took care of us and it was nice knowing our car was safe while we were there.
We like location of your hotel and also the room was clean and inviting. Food in the restrooms was good. Hospitality from checking people were exceptional.
Well, I usually don’t give reviews but in this case I feel I should sell this maybe will help other people that want to book at your place. The first thing that wasn’t pleasant was when we pulled up to check in we were told by a valet, that parking was not included, and that you had to either do valet or find parking on the street. I assume by looking at what your website stated you had parking provided. This was very disheartening as we are on a budget and did not have that in our plan. We talked to the staff and they made the comment that it is very confusing on their website About it not stating you have to pay for parking. They understand why we were taken back by that. The second issue was there was no pool. And like I said before we were on a budget and we purchased swimming suits on that assumption that you had a swimming pool like it showed in the pictures on the website. But again an accurate website Because when we checked in our room, got our swimming suits on then we went downstairs to the lobby to ask where the pool was, they said what we don’t have a pool. I said well what do you mean it showed it in your photos on your website and we were told they were very sorry but it’s very misleading and that they were told by management that the pictures would be removed two years ago. So that Did not sit well with us as we spent money for swimming suits and in the anticipation of going swimming. Lastly, the gentleman‘s being the hostess in your bistro at 11:30 in the morning Sunday was very rude and unprofessional. We actually felt bad for him because he was running around so much like he had so much to do and there was only one other table there. He would come by when we’re not finished and take the salt and pepper, shakers and different things that he needed to put away for breakfast and get ready for dinner I guess. It just was very rushed and uncomfortable and even saying to him hey you need to slow down.
Front desk staff very helpful
Breakfast was a lless than what I expected limited choices
Location.
The front desk folk were great, especially, Zac
Good location
The hot water didn’t work in the morning.
The staff couldn’t find a Leatherman Wave that I accidentally left behind in the room
Located conveniently by Pioneer Square and within walking distance to Pike Place Market and Chinatown/International District. Complimentary drink in the lobby, easy grab and go to start the day :)
The bay view room would’ve been nice if our room was located on the higher floor but still caught some sunrise moments on a rare sunny day in Seattle winter time. The room was on the smaller size that might be difficult for opening bigger suitcase. It was on a pricier side for its size but reasonable for this location.
Great location, especially if you are going to a Seahawks and even a Kraken game, and for a very fair price. Close to Pike Place and numerous restaurants. Clean and quite - everything was excellent.
