初スイスでしたが、治安が良く、レストランで合った方やタクシーの運転手さん等皆さん素敵な方で、スイスという国が心から好きになりました。
Pros:

ホテルの管理者さんが、困っている事などがないか滞在中にメールにて様子聞いてくれる事など、きめ細かなサービスを心掛けてくれる良いホテルです。

Cons:

フロントのスタッフ（男性と女性）２名が愛想がなく、お世辞にも良い対応とは言えない。清掃スタッフは良い対応であったが、フロントの方はアジア人が嫌いなんだろうと思いました。スイスは大好きになりましたがその点だけは残念でした。

Very friendly lady at check in, great location, very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with lots of products.

Pros:

Very good breakfast, everything else also very good. 10 minutes walk to oldtown.

Cons:

Garage wasn’t directly attached to the property, and when arriving no place to park temporary. But I guess we are lucky to have parking space there at all.

Happy to be there.
Pros:

Beautiful view from the room. Friendly staff. Good air conditioning. Nicely laid out room, the chocolates were a great touch.

Cons:

They should provide at least one extra caffeinated coffee pod, two for two guests feels like unfortunate cost-cutting.

The shower design is a bit leaky. Can’t imagine who thought a gap at the bottom of the door was a good idea, would love to see their other art projects.
