La stanza all’ultimo piano bellissima con due ambienti separati un letto comodo e un bagno meraviglioso molto grande. La posizione eccezionale a due passi dal centro e da tutti i negozi ; se volete passare un week in relax qui è perfetto

Pros:

La ducha es excelente y la habitación cuenta con detalles prácticos muy cómodos, como tener enchufes a ambos lados de la cama y amenities de muy buena calidad. La recepcionista que nos atendió durante el check-in fue sumamente amable e incluso nos ofreció un upgrade de categoría (aunque entre una cosa y otra se nos pasó a ambas partes gestionar el Geneva Transport Card que viene incluido con la estancia).

Cons:

Al entrar a la habitación se percibía un olor muy persistente a orina; inicialmente creímos que provenía de la calle por tener la ventana abierta, pero al regresar de cenar con todo cerrado el olor continuaba igual de fuerte. La limpieza general se sentía descuidada (no reclamamos en el momento simplemente porque nuestra estancia era de apenas 12 horas de paso y dormimos 7). Por otro lado, el precio del desayuno (29 CHF por persona) nos pareció desorbitado, así que preferimos prescindir de él. Al momento del check-out, la atención del recepcionista fue bastante seca y brusca: al pagar con tarjeta no nos consultó la divisa de cobro y seleccionó él mismo el cambio dinámico en el datáfono sin preguntar. Finalmente, aunque sea ajeno a la gestión del hotel, conviene que otros viajeros sepan que el barrio (Paquis) solo es recomendable si buscas marcha nocturna; de noche el ambiente en la calle está marcado por excesos, ruido constante y una atmósfera que no transmite demasiada tranquilidad al caminar.
