The facilities are very good, and the place is nice and very complete in terms of services. The golf course is really small.

Small details. Small room, hard to find connectors to charge phone bedside. During my stay, had several WiFi outages, caused issues with me working during my stay
No lo imaginas en Tula esta muy padres los jardines el resturante me pareció muy oscuro podría estar más bonito con vista al jardin

El área en dónde está la cafetería y poder andar en bici.
La relación calidad - precio en la comida es muy desequilibrada.
La comida que sirven no es buena en la alberca tardan mucho y todo llega helado.
En el restaurante igual nos sirvieron todo frío , molletes chiclosos , fríos, se olvidan de llevar complementos como miel , falta corazón en la cocina.
Generalmente si sales buscas que el.lugar tenga Calidad y pensamos que así sería por su publicidad, pero no.
la alberca , temperatura ideal para relajarse. Las habitaciones estan amplias y limpias ,
que hay eventos y se escucha la musica , hay que prepararse para dejar de escucharla hasta las 12 pm
En el hotel no tenían reporte de ninguno de los beneficios que Hoteles.com afirma que tengo, y por lo tanto no los tuve. No me ofrecieron upgrade (y si había disponible), ni me permitieron check out 2 horas tarde y tampoco reconocieron el bono de $150 en bebidas.

Una alberca y jacuzzi climatizada muy comoda y relajante. Un ambiente verde y en contacto con la naturaleza exelente.
Camas cómodas y quietud para poder dormir
El desayuno estaba bien pero se repetía todos los días
Un poco obsoleto, algunos detalles en cuanto a mantenimiento, en especial los cajones de la comoda, mejorar la señal del wifi, cambien onquiten las tinas por regadera completa, pues contar con cortina de baño ya no se usa ademas de que se sale mucha agua. El servicio estupendo, muy buena atención y actitud del personal. Nos encanto la cabaña del Starbucks renovada y la fogata del sabado. Instalaciones renovadas como el gym que equiparon completamente nuevo. Alberca limpia y templada. Excelente buffett de desayuno muy rico, en un lugar precioso y muy bien atendidos. Para regresar a descansar

Reservo la habitación y me dicen que puedo llevar mascota y unos momentos antes de llegar al hotel me avisan que ya no tienen la habitación para mascotas que lo sienten mucho pero no pueden alojarme eso estuvo pésimo me complicaron todo el fin de semana con mi familia
