Cons:

There were a lot of stairs to get to the rooms, but that was part of the charm. If you have issues climbing the stairs, that could be a problem. Staff takes care of bringing your luggage up and down.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix à San Miguel ! Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la chambre, nous avions beaucoup d’espace. Très grande chambre et salle de bain. Tout était impeccable et le personnel vraiment sympathique. Nous avons réservé un transport pour l’aéroport de Querétaro directement à la réception et c’était très pro et sans arnaque. L’hôtel est bien placé et calme. Petit dej bien. Netflix fonctionne et vous avez beaucoup de chaînes sur le câble.

Cons:

Le lit un peu mou (si votre conjoint bouge vous le saurez) mais sincèrement j’ai tout de même bien dormi. C’est vraiment un détail !

Welcoming and restful.
Pros:

Helpful friendly staff, all individuals were courteous. The beauty of the plants up the stairs to our room created a positive an impression. The walking distance to the centro was doable and direct, not complicated.

Delightful, well-located hacienda style hotel with attentive staff and good breakfasts.
Pros:

Great location on the edge of the Centro - close enough to be a short, easy stroll and far enough to be away to be quieter. The vibe was old world charm. Our suite was in the back, overlooked a small pleasant courtyard, and had a very comfortable bed. The included breakfast was generous and the entire staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Really the only negative for us was that when we returned most days for a an hour or two rest in the afternoons, there was quite a bit of chatter amongst the staff in the courtyard as they went about their tasks.
