La atención y amabilidad de las chicas del comedor.

Cons:

El pésimo servicio al cliente al no tener lista mi habitación a la hora de mi llegada casi una hora después de la hora que el hotel indica como entrada. Además de que yo avisé con anticipación mi hora de llegada tal y como lo solicitan en el hotel.

Me llevaron a la habitación, aún estaba la camarista, le pregunté si se tardaría mucho tiempo en terminar, dándome la espalda respondió que sí y prefirió atender una llamada personal ignorándome por completo. Lo cual me parece inaceptable ya que la habitación estaba pagada desde las 3pm y eran las 4pm. Fui a recepción de inmediato a reportarla y al regresar a la habitación la camarista ya estaba afuera y nuevamente la camarista tuvo una actitud muy grosera.

Por la noche, me percaté de una mancha muy visible en la colcha de la habitación y de que el excusado no servía.

A la mañana siguiente salí de ese lugar y definitivamente no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Great spaces, great breakfasts, great art and ambience,staf very helpful, comfortable and near perfect location.
Pros:

Totally charming, with interesting colorful art in every direction, inviting nooks and crannies. Abundant vines and vegetation in the open spaces. We had a large room on the top floor with a semi-private outdoor eating and reading area. The walk up sometimes made us huff and puff but it was so pretty it didn’t matter.

Pros:

The hotel staff were very accommodating when we needed to change the dates due to an emergency. The breakfast is really good. The beds are very comfortable and the room is clean. Great location, close to the square, with loads of restaurants and bars nearby.

Charming, convenient hotel
Pros:

Cozy hotel with beautiful rooms. Great location--easy walk to the central square, but far enough that you don't get the late nite noise. Staff was friendly, with varying English ability. Nice breakfast; not fancy, but many egg options, fruits and pastry. San Mituel de Allende is beautiful. We look forward to coming back with more time and would definitely stay at Villa Marisol again.

Cons:

No coffee in the room. We had a beautiful room but it faced the road and we could hear cars and motorcycles early in the morning. Consider an interior room facing the beautiful courtyard if you're a light sleeper.

Cons:

There were a lot of stairs to get to the rooms, but that was part of the charm. If you have issues climbing the stairs, that could be a problem. Staff takes care of bringing your luggage up and down.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix à San Miguel ! Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la chambre, nous avions beaucoup d’espace. Très grande chambre et salle de bain. Tout était impeccable et le personnel vraiment sympathique. Nous avons réservé un transport pour l’aéroport de Querétaro directement à la réception et c’était très pro et sans arnaque. L’hôtel est bien placé et calme. Petit dej bien. Netflix fonctionne et vous avez beaucoup de chaînes sur le câble.

Cons:

Le lit un peu mou (si votre conjoint bouge vous le saurez) mais sincèrement j’ai tout de même bien dormi. C’est vraiment un détail !
