Pros:

The front staff was really helpful and kind. We love the bathtub and the space of the room

Cons:

The bathtub is slippery and the rubber mat is kinda dirty. I hope there's amenities given for toddler it would be fantastic

Great location
Pros:

We liked the location and where the hotel is situated. It is close to the places we were after at a walking distance but the hotel is in a secluded quiet residential area away from the city noise. The smell of the hallway is great as well.

Cons:

Not a lot. You get what you pay for. I don't have a high expectations. It lives with the 4 star rating. I probably rate it 3.5, if I were to compare it to other 4 star hotels.

Home Away from Home
Pros:

A central location but incredibly quiet! Loved the greenery(trees outside our window and the balcony overlooking a lovely park. Great coffee shops within walking distance.
Great complimentary downstairs in the welcoming lounge.
For someone who loves the country feel, it's right here!
Within walking distance to the Entertainment Centre, the Fishmarket and Darling Harbour.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The location was convenient and the property was easy to access. The room was generally comfortable for a short stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The pull-out couch was provided without any bedding and there were not enough towels available for everyone. The fridge in the room was also not working, which was quite inconvenient. When we raised the issues, we were told to go down to reception rather than having someone assist us directly. Overall, these things made the stay feel below average.

Very good, but the dated bathroom although difficult to improve, it should be made known.
Pros:

Closeness to darling harbour and the city

Cons:

We have back issues and did not know and were. It informed of the shower incorporated into the bath, so difficult to get in and out.
To not be informed that the restaurant was not operational other than breakfast was also poor communication
