Pros:

This hotel is a very nice and easy location to get anywhere. It’s one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed at.

A very comfortable and relaxed stay, away from the crowd and noise.
Pros:

Room was fine. Breakfast was quite extensive with all that you may need to start a day. It has more items to contribute to a branch rather than just a breakfast. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Pool was nice and remain open even after the official opening hours as long as someone is in it. The bar and gym is next to the pool. Its not deep. We also took massage which was nice.

Cons:

The property is part of a Golf course and not connected to main markets etc. Uber bikes / cars comes right inside the gate for pick up / drops.

The campus is awesome.
Room sizes are great. Sleep quality was good.

Food choices were limited; there could be multiple restaurant choices.
In the rooms, they can provide a few more amenities, more drinking water for making tea or coffee.

Un personnel adorable et un beau cadre, malgré quelques points décevants dans la chambre.
Pros:

Globalement, l’hôtel est très beau au premier regard et les espaces communs sont agréables. Le personnel de la réception a toujours été super gentil et accueillant, tout comme les personnes travaillant au restaurant et au petit-déjeuner. Le barman également était adorable ! Petit clin d’œil au cuisinier des omelettes qui m’a régalée tout au long du séjour 😄

Cons:

La chambre était globalement propre, rien à dire là-dessus, mais il y avait parfois des insectes. La baie vitrée était également très compliquée à ouvrir et fermer car la serrure semblait cassée : chaque ouverture et fermeture était un vrai combat… Le système censé isoler l’extérieur était aussi détaché, ce qui expliquait sûrement l’entrée des insectes.

Le point le plus surprenant a été lorsqu’après une journée entière dehors nous avons demandé de l’eau à la réception, et qu’on nous a expliqué que les bouteilles supplémentaires étaient payantes… pour de l’eau, dans un hôtel de ce standing, c’est assez dommage.

Enfin, à notre arrivée nous n’avions que deux grandes serviettes. Je trouve cela dommage pour un hôtel de ce niveau de ne pas prévoir également des serviettes pour les mains et un tapis de sol pour la salle de bain.

Lovely peaceful Le Grande Uluwatu
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. I really liked the Sapphire pool.

Cons:

The water in the main swimming pool was often cloudy and warm by 10am. It was hard to see when swimming laps.
