Everything - it was all fabulous - gardens and the fish are so beautiful
So far away from everything - but our fault for picking it. It did feel more like a 4 star hotel than a 5 star hotel but still enjoyed it very much

The hotel was comfortable and cozy. The pools and facilities were very nice and well maintained, and the restaurant served delicious food. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.
The only minor suggestions for improvement would be regarding the shower. It had a noticeable eucalyptus-like scent that remained even after we requested it to be cleaned. Also, there was no hot water in the shower during our stay. Fortunately, the warm weather made this a very minor inconvenience, but it would be great if these details could be addressed for future guests.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

To nie jest Hotel który posiada 5*. Hotel który wymaga gruntownego remontu. Unoszący się smród z kanalizacji w łazience tragiczny. Na terenie hotelu unosi się smród z kanalizacji. Pozostawione brudne rzeczy z kolacji nie sprzątane na bieżące tylko leżą do następnego dnia na korytarzu. Rozsypane płatki kukurydziane potrafiły być nie sprzątane pare dni. W apartamencie kanapy poplamione i brudne a w łóżku materac wyleżany że w dziurze się spało. Na plus tylko śniadania duży wybór i smaczne. W basenie widoczne przewody z prądu które owinięte były izolacją i podłączone do lampki basenowej. Strach było tam wejść . Lokalizacja cicha i spokojna i daleka od centrum. Minus taki że taksówki mają problem podjechać pod hotel i trzeba czasami czekać 30 min. Ogólnie nie polecam i na pewno nie wrócę !!

The room was really spacious and comfortable. It was great having different options of pools to swim in and it amazing having the breakfast open to 11am so that you could sleep in if needed. Staff were extremely helpful and it was easy to book a scooter on site
The ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working that well so the steam would create a musty smell. We were charged for an item in the mini bar which we didn't actually eat. I later found out that my husband had just moved it to a shelf to make space for other things so when the staff did the check of the room they must have missed it.
Good location for Golf.
I booked a room with a king bed, was told upon arrival that they didn’t have one for the first night and that they would move me into the right room the next day - they never did. Also had to ask call multiple times for fresh towels.
