Pros:

The staff were amazing, rooms and property were clean and in a very good area. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Only downside, the room was on the smaller side and for a family of 5, the youngest having special needs, it was a little cramped.

Overall a great experience!
Pros:

I really liked how this facility gave us beach/pool access to their other beachfront facilities. That was super appreciated!

We stayed on the forth floor and I was able to see a tiny bit of the ocean, which was also nice!

Cons:

We unknowingly came during bike week and there was no parking at all one night of our stay.

There also didnt seem to be enought tables for guests to sit at in the morning for breakfast.

Didn’t even stayed at the hotel
Pros:

Nothing because i didn’t get to stay there

Cons:

Didn’t give us a refund that we didn’t stayed for. Giving mixed messages that 19-21 year old can booked & check in here but cancelled last minute saying it’s only 21 but in booking.com it says 19 also.

The bathroom needs updating, the beds are like sleeping on a rock, the pillows are flat, the TV is small, the room has an odor, and the staff was never at the front desk, barely any hot water, and the water pressure was low
