The price makes up for absolutely all the shortcomings. The staff is always friendly; I visited here with my family for the second time, and I enjoyed it. A typical but good breakfast—enough to fill you up. This time there was fruit, which hadn't been available during my first visit. Overall, it’s a decent hotel offering far better conditions than the oceanfront hotels, and at a very budget-friendly price.
If I have the opportunity, I will come back here a third time.
There are no balconies, so things don't dry well in the room. The pool is a bit small, but big enough for a proper dip, and it's great for children.

Breakfast could use some more to choose from
WiFi sucked. AC was noisy and didn't cool consistently. Pool was dirty/cloudy. Room was very dated. Cleanliness of room was below par.

Very old, bathroom was not clean, floors had something sticky on them and the beds were uncomfortable.

pool was very nice at night just the right temperature....at 10 didn't get kicked out. Desk clerk happy n cheerful. price was very nice for what we got. Super easy check-in deposit could be cash.

Positives - Location was great and price was great. Room was comfy and clean. Plenty of parking and parking is free
Negatives - pool is extremely small. Breakfast was terrible there wasn’t enough seating and we had nowhere to sit either day. the food was not replenished there was often none of certain items left. One day the juice machine wasn’t working so there was literally nothing to drink. The waffle batter was also not great
I do have a charge for on my card for 14 cents that wasn’t approved and I have no idea what it’s for
