Location was good

Bathroom was still dirty, the carpet felt sticky. People in our hallway were being very loud and slamming doors until 2AM.

It was very memorable. It was cold and like a camping trip.
Pros:

Close to everything . The staff was very friendly and nice.

Cons:

We had a suite and the bedroom heating unit did not work and it was very cold. They fixed it the next day.
Also Monday night until Tuesday morning about 10 we had no water. It was not the property’s fault. It was the City’s.

Bad customer service
Pros:

spacious, Tv was good

Cons:

Lights didn't work in the only Lamps by the beds. Remote didn't work
entry light was out as well.
Bed was not comfortable
Hotel lady at check in was very rude, room was booked for our employee for a few nights online, nothing was mentioned about a deposit online booking site. Employee gets there and she demanded he pay 150.00 before getting key to room.
Room had already been paid for by me for him, no mention of deposit. I think she seen he was a young man, he's 26 and in the Military as well, so she wouldn't take a payment from me over the phone, she demanded he had to pay right then the deposit. So, I had to cash app him money then he had to transfer to his bank before he could pay deposit. very aggravating when you been on road for 6 hrs. to get there to be on jobsite at 6AM. So we will never stay there again.
