Stay was quite comfortable and smooth. The room was clean, and the bed was soft and relaxing. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness and hygiene properly. The washroom was neat, the shower worked well, and towels were fresh. Water was always available. Akhilesh & Gyan made sure everything was handled properly and smoothly. The ambience was calm and nice. Facilities were well maintained. The overall maintenance was good. The location was convenient. The experience felt worth the price.

Stayed at Golden Tulip for three nights and the overall experience was excellent. The best part was the housekeeping service provided by Anshika. She ensured proper hygiene, room cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and washroom upkeep every single day. The room always smelled fresh and looked well organized. Bed sheets, linen, towels, shower area, and water bottle placement were maintained properly. The housekeeping team responded quickly whenever assistance was needed. The ambiance of the hotel was calm and relaxing, and all facilities were maintained in good condition. Parking and pool areas were also neat and clean. Staff behavior was polite and professional throughout the stay. Really appreciated the attention given to hygiene, cleanliness, and overall upkeep. Maintenance was too poor. Door not opening, toiletries missing, fridge not operational, staff doesn’t co-operate. They simple ignore complaints.
Staff don’t fix the problem even after multiple requests. Kitchen refuses to serve some foods in room.
Totally avoidable.
Room locks don’t open… mini fridge doesn’t work… Shower shampoo bottles broken… staff is unresponsive.
Staff ignores you at best. Kitchen attends call at fifth time and denies to serve in room. Room service pathetic.
This hotel doesn’t deserve single star rating.
