Stay was quite comfortable and smooth. The room was clean, and the bed was soft and relaxing. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness and hygiene properly. The washroom was neat, the shower worked well, and towels were fresh. Water was always available. Akhilesh & Gyan made sure everything was handled properly and smoothly. The ambience was calm and nice. Facilities were well maintained. The overall maintenance was good. The location was convenient. The experience felt worth the price.

Bed sheets, linen, towels, shower area, and water bottle placement were maintained properly. The housekeeping team responded quickly whenever assistance was needed. Maintenance was too poor. Door not opening, toiletries missing, fridge not operational, staff doesn’t co-operate. They simple ignore complaints.

Totally avoidable.
Room locks don’t open… mini fridge doesn’t work… Shower shampoo bottles broken… staff is unresponsive.

I really liked this hotel. I loved the service here and the food was also very tasty. Shivani helped me a lot and I really liked the ambiance here as well.
