The property was good—actually excellent. It was very clean, and the reception staff were polite and courteous. However, there is a major issue with responsiveness. They are very slow to respond on the intercom. If you order any medicines or sanitary napkins , delivery is not allowed inside the property, and you have to go outside to collect them yourself. Even the guard refused to collect the package at the gate. In an emergency situation, it would be very difficult to rely on any timely support from them.
I ordered a sanitary napkin from Blinkit, but the security guard denied entry to the delivery person. I requested the guard to check the package and assured him that there was nothing inappropriate, yet he completely refused. I even asked if the delivery could be left at the gate so I could collect it within 5–10 minutes, but he still declined. He spoke in a very rude manner and said, “Samajh nahi aata, outsiders not allowed.”

Staff behavior towards customer was totally not acceptable they dont take your request seriously commitment towards there work is totally negligible. Before appointing the front desk and senior managers they need to be given a proper training of how to treat there guests . Will definitely never ever visit golden tulip

The service of ground staff can definitely be much much better. Room service needs to increase its response time and check the room for all amenities to be available before issuing the rooms.

The rooms were not clean and the housekeeping staff had to be called again to clean them
