Pros:

O quarto é maior do que aparenta nas fotos, gostei muito! O banheiro é excelente, com várias toalhas (cheirosas). Tem bastante espaço para guardar malas e roupas. A cama é confortável e têm lençóis cheirosos. A vista é excelente. Além disso, o café da manhã me agradou bastante, gostoso e variado.

Cons:

O quarto estava limpo, mas apareceu uma barata morta. Solicitamos que retirassem a barata e logo atenderam o pedido. O ar condicionado fez um barulho estranho durante a noite, o que atrapalhou um pouco o sono.

Value for money option in Manaus
Pros:

This was the value for money option in Manaus for a night so we could get our lift and tour to the jungle the next early morning. We thought it would be safer staying away from the downtown area and we saw online there is a shopping centre next door. The hotel is tired but it was super clean and everyone friendly. The breakfast was plentiful but the proposal is different so remember you're not in Europe or a nice cafe somewhere. Nevertheless you can't complain if there's two types of tapioca cake and at least they had some sort of coffee even if it was the basics. Excellent value for money though and safe and we caught ubers to and from the city. We did seem to have to drive through some questionable areas to get to the main city square but we didn't have any issues. When we arrived, a bus load of airline staff did as well and if it's good enough for them too, there's nothing to complain about though manage your expectations. You get what you pay for. The mall next door was very limited and the foodcourt had local fast food options. No complaints though as you can buy water and the basics which was just for the night. There's like a very small and limited TKMaxx or K Mart equivalent in the mall. You can get to it via a walkway and overpass from the back of the hotel. Woudln't recommend going that way at night time though - think the walk along the main road 80m is better. The pool on the top floor was surprisingly passable and water clean. It is about 15m and decent enough if you're waiting for a pick up. That goes for the gym too - a few machines and does the job.

Estadia ótima, foram super gentis comigo, enviaram uma sobremesa em função do meu aniversário. Quarto super espaçoso, ótimo café da manhã. Atendimento super atencioso. Única coisa que melhoraria é a vazão da água do chuveiro, que achei fraca. Tirando isso, tudo ótimo!
