Bella vacanza

La piscina ben tenuta e la gentilezza e onnipresenza del personale la posizione facilmente raggiungibile.

La ragazza del turno pomeridiano , nel periodo del nostro soggiorno, sempre molto gentile, solare e affabile, già conosciuta nella nostra precedente visita.

Cons:

Riferito al turno di mattina nei giorni del soggiorno, ci sentiamo di citare un vecchio proverbio: Lecito chiedere cortese rispondere.

Una risposta negativa ad una richiesta può essere negata, ma sempre con i dovuti modi. Noi l'abbiamo presa per una giornata storta...ma nei rapporti con il cliente...si può dare risposte negative in modo cortese.

Soggiorno indimenticabile
Pros:

Siamo stati due notti ed è stato molto piacevole. L'albergo si trova poco fuori Lecce ed è immerso nel verde e negli uliveti. Camere pulite e dotate di ogni comfort, piscina molto bella e rilassante, colazione varia e abbondante e con la possibilità di potersi sedere nei tavolini in giardino. Si trova ad appena 10 minuti da Lecce ed è dotato di un ampio parcheggio. Consiglio vivamente!!!

Nice hotel nearby Lecce.
Pros:

Nice hotel, cosy bedroom, big swimming pool, very helpful staff.

Cons:

The hotel will charge you for the sunshades available around the swimming pool, which does not make any sense at all.

Una estancia muy agradable a las afueras de Lecce
Pros:

Aparthotel muy confortable, con habitaciones muy amplias. Disfrutamos de la piscina indoor ya que llegamos tarde al hotel y la exterior estaba cerrada. Personal muy amable y camas muy cómodas. Totalmente recomendable!

Pros:

Piscina grandissima con bar vicino, camere pulite e spaziose, personale cordiale e tranquillità nelle ore notturne.

Cons:

L’utilizzo della piscina non è possibile gratuitamente il giorno del check out, peccato perché avremmo voluto usufruirne prima della partenza senza dover pagare, una cifra non da poco tra l’altro.
