Pros:

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff. La camera era grande e la colazione era eccellente.

Cons:

Purtroppo per un 4 stelle è davvero antipatico che si debba sentire tutto quello che accade nella camera nelle vicinanze. Insonorizzazione inesistente.
Ristorante non all'altezza per i prezzi che offre . Piatti semplici a costo di uno stellato. Tra l'altro erano senza sale.
Orari di chiusura della piscina riscaldata alla 20.00 con il check in che puoi fare solo a partire dalle 15, inoltre check out troppo presto le 10.30 anche considerando che la SPA riapre alle 11.30.
La piscina inoltre è tiepida e non riscaldata.

Premetto che è colpa mia aver effettuato una prenotazione senza possibilità di cancellazione, ma non ho colpa per quello che è successo in seguito. A causa di un errore sulla piattaforma web di booking.com la quale dopo la procedura di prenotazione, nel momento della conferma mi ha restituito un "errore, camera non più disponibile" ho quindi pensato non vi fossero più camere nella struttura e ho cambiato hotel ed alla fine, con amara sorpresa, mi sono ritrovato con due prenotazioni nello stesso giorno per le quali l'unica con possibilità di cancellazione senza addebito era quella di Arthotel & Park Lecce. Alla prima richiesta di cancellazione effettuata via SMS, il personale dell'hotel mi ha risposto che non era possibile farla senza addebito e di rivolgersi all'altra struttura. Alla successiva telefonata l'addetto alla reception mi ha subito zittito dicendomi che non era un loro problema bensì di booking.com (nonostante sul sito di booking.com ci fosse scrritto che la cancellazione senza penale fosse a discrezione della struttura). Non soddisfatto della risposta, dopo un'ulteriore telefonata, mi hanno liquidato dicendomi che non era presente nessuno della direzione che potesse soddisfare la mia richiesta. Ora, posso capire tutto, ma mi è sembrato che non ci fosse nessuna volontà di aiutare un potenziale cliente in difficoltà suo malgrado, da qui la recensione negativa. Sono queste le occasioni in cui ci si distingue... e per qualche euro in più Arthotel & Park Lecce non lo ha fatto, ed io ho pagato per intero una camera che non ho mai occupato. Alla faccia del natale siamo tutti più buoni
PS Booking.com nonostante tutto, il giorno dopo mi ha chiesto il motivo per cui non ho usufruito della camera, fatto che non attenua minimamente il mio rammarico per la superficialità con cui il personale della struttura si è posto nei miei confronti

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, sicuramente degna delle stelle che porta. Il parco che la circonda è altrettanto bello e davvero ben curato con diversi tipi di piante ed alberi. L'area del parco è molto grande, comodissima se si ha il cane dietro come nel nostro caso. Molto apprezzate anche la spa e piscina interne.
Ristorante e colazione ottimi, per la colazione sono presenti un'infinità di scelte tra dolce e salato (sia con prodotti tipici che con prodotti adatti ad una colazione "internazionale").
Staff sia dell'albergo che della spa disponibilissimo e gentilissimo.
In conclusione è stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Cons:

Avrei preferito una maggiore insonorizzazione delle camere ma la cosa non ha comunque compromesso il pernottamento.
