Completly unconvenient
Pros:

Location was ok

Cons:

Extremely overpriced for a very low-level motel

The price was absolutely absurd for what was offered. I paid around $400 for just one night, and the experience was nowhere near what you would expect at that rate.

There was no water available, no breakfast, virtually no services, and the room was extremely small. Overall, the property felt more like a basic motel than a hotel charging $400 per night.

Considering the price, the value for money was extremely poor. There are much better options available for the same amount of money.

Absolutely not recommended.

Pros:

I expected much more considering the price I paid. The overall experience felt more like a roadside motel than a hotel in this price range. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the in-room amenities were very basic—standard motel-quality soap, shampoo, and toiletries. Unfortunately, it did not provide the level of comfort or quality I was expecting, and I don’t feel it offered good value for the cost.

It was a very convenient place to stay, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
Pros:

Great location, easy access and parking.

Cons:

Bathroom in need of an update! WiFi was in and out, which was a problem trying to watch Netflix or use an IPad.

Very good accommodations in an expensive resort area at a reasonable price
Pros:

The Southampton Hotel provides value accommodations in an luxury area with generally high hotel room rates. I find it clean, very acceptable and I have been staying there for years. The sataff is vewry nice.

For a motel, it was excellent. Sweet room with lovely furniture and bedding.

Cons:

Would have been great to have coffee maker in the room or coffee available in the office early morning

Very economical and excellent location for my unexpected trip.
Pros:

Great location and value.

Cons:

I couldn’t shut off the bathroom fan all night which was a bit noisy (and cold). Some napkins since there’s a microwave would be good. Otherwise it was exactly what I needed:)
