"Thank you for the wonderful stay. I truly had a great experience. A special appreciation to the reception staff member, Kiran, and also to a kind and gentle lady in a sari (Arna).
Kiran was incredibly helpful in arranging an early check-in, which meant a lot as I was quite tired from my travel. The other lady was equally supportive and assisted me with my itinerary and other details very kindly.

Cons:

While my overall experience was very pleasant, I believe there is some room for improvement in the food service which could make the stay even better,
