Staff and location was great.
Very loud overnight due to guests as well as traffic and trains.
We loved the hot tub in the room. And the bed was comfortable
Room felt a little stuffy but just cracked open the windows and you'll be just fine
The hotel is conveniently located and made getting to different events (dinner and sleigh rides, hockey games, and Walmart all real close)
The jet pump in the tub kept randomly turning on, after the third time, I just turned the switch off for the pump. The guests above us were crazy loud until well after 1am, but every time I wanted to call the desk, they’d quit.
There laundry facilities wernt working and neither was there hot tub
The front desk lady was amazing both times i stayed. Accommodated everything we needed and was always a friendly face coming and going.
hot tub was out :(
Breakfast was great. Great location off I90
It was clean
The pool and hot tub were down after i called and confirmed before arriving they were working
Beds were terrible
Customer at the service desk did nothing to accommodate the stay
Nice clean room; pool and hot tub were great. Close to everything but seemed more private and apart from hotels downtown and a better value.
Would've liked more time there to grab breakfast but too early of a flight!
After a 10 hour drive, we arrived to Bozeman and decided to get dinner before going to the hotel. Since I had done a "pre-check in " the evening before, I assumed we would have a room. Unfortunately at 8:40pm, while at dinner, I received a call from LaQuinta informing us that our reservation had been cancelled. They stated that they had 3 housekeepers quit earlier that day and there weren't any clean rooms to give us. After speaking with manager, they told us there was nothing they could do. They did not try to help us find another room for the night (It was a busy night in Bozeman- most places sold out!) or offer any compensation. After asking why they were just now calling us, they didn't have a response. Luckily, after much calling around, we did find a place to stay, but had to pay more. I did reach out to LaQuinta headquarters to file a complaint, but they forwarded the complaint back to Bozeman and we got a simple "we are sorry for your inconvenience". I am just so disappointed with this hotel chain.
Clean bed
The room wasn't even close to sound proof so all the noise from the guests the the lobby, including barking dogs at 11pm came right into our room (through the gaping hole under the door). Then at 5:30am the breakfast ladies started making a ton of noise and I was awake again. Not restful in the least.
Breakfast was cold, staff had body odors. When checking in staff continued a personal conversation and did not address us
the bed was comfortable and the Mountain View was beautiful.
nothing
The lobby was nice and smelled clean. The gentleman that checked me in was friendly. The hotel is pet friendly
The room smelled horrible, like dirty feet and the bathroom smelled like urine. It made for an uncomfortable stay.
