Montana luxury
Pros:

Convenient to the freeway, front desk staff was very friendly, helpful. It's a nice hotel in a nice, safe location.

Cons:

Room was a little small, but sufficient.

Pros:

The friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

All of the constant slamming doors between guests and housekeepers and the barking dogs of guests. Everytime a door slammed shut it would shake the room and the other guests dogs would bark. I'm not sure if it's just the way the place was built or the massive gaps in the door jam. Also, the shower needed work with both the handle and the gap above the shower where the slate was missing. I just left a mold situation and inbetween housing because of it. This hotel was not what I needed and I actually didn't end up staying 2 of the nights I paid for. I knew the area wasn't great, but I also got to witness what appeared to be a homeless person scraped off of the street by an ambulance.

Cons:

not only was my rooms infested with bedbugs, i was paying well over $120 a night, just for the laundry to not properly clean completely , the hot tub is out of commission, i was harrassed and desperately needed help and only my friend who wasnt even staying here with me had to come here and help me because i was so scared, on top of being forced to panic at 4 am because someone burnt toast??

i am a pregnant mom to be, i am struggling and inbetween stability i have spent all my money and time in the hotel and i’ve had a much worse time than i ever would anywhere else. im truly disappointed and embarrassed. i expect this to be made right or will be forced to go to corporate.
