carpet needs to be removed from guest rooms
Location was fine a little further out of Titusville than was expected. The gentle man on reception on checkin was great
We were given an accessible room with a wheelchair shower . We did not request this and as such the water from the shower was all over the floor.
Coffee machine coffee in room was poor.

It was a good distance from the cruise ports.
I love the bed space but the pillows were not comfortable. I also loved the staff and their attentiveness.

My husband was disappointed with the breakfast. They charged us $9 each which isn’t terrible but in his words “I’ve had better complimentary breakfasts” There was a decent variety but it was not very well prepared.
It was nice, my mom and I went done once but i we enjoyed it.

I did not like dust covers attached to the comforter
Great location right off of the interstate and there is a restaurant in the hotel, which is great a simple meal after a day of traveling.
I felt it was overpriced for the quality of the room. The bathroom in particular had some rust on the fixtures and the general state of the room and bathroom showed heavy use and in need of some renovation. During checkout, I was unable to find a staff member to return the keys. The desk was completely unmanned and after waiting for a period of time I finally raised my voice and yelled “hello?” Someone came out from a back room to accept the keys and when I asked for a receipt, I was told I could not be given one because I booked through a third-party. I’ve stayed here several times, but this trip in particular I felt was absolutely overpriced for the accommodation and service provided.
