Excellent location gracing lake on beautiful necklace road wd fabulous atmosphere. Given room was excellent wd best house keeping i observed . GM is very friendly wd positive n pragmatic attitude.
Lack of senior management staff. The in-room dining phone is constantly busy. The operator has no power. And the duty manager does not want to solve the guest’s problem. He is busy doing check-ins himself. Hotel needs more senior management. The duty manager should try to solve guest problems rather than hide from guests with an alibi of doing check-ins. A constantly busy in-room dining phone meant I could not order food when I wanted to. And the operator was not able to solve this problem and there was no manager to listen to me

Had a wonderful experience at the Aqua Alfresco Bar. The ambience was beautiful, the drinks were perfectly crafted, and the overall service was truly excellent. A special thanks to the Bar Manager Lalit for his warm hospitality and professional service. He was very attentive, ensured everything was smooth, and made the experience even more enjoyable.

My recent stay at The Park Hyderabad was far below what anyone would expect from a property calling itself five star.
The biggest issue was the complete failure of the concierge service. I had booked a car for a four hour city package in advance and reconfirmed it twice. The concierge staff member handling this, Pawan, assured me the booking was confirmed. Even 15 minutes before departure, I was told everything was in order.
At the exact time I was supposed to leave, I was suddenly informed that no cars were available and I would have to wait over an hour. No prior warning, no accountability.
The “solution” offered was an outside vendor vehicle that required cash payment, and I was asked to stop at an ATM during the ride to withdraw money. This is not the level of service expected from a five star hotel. A confirmed concierge booking should not collapse at the last minute.
The room condition was also disappointing. Visible scuff marks, worn fittings, and poor maintenance were noticeable. The minibar fridge was completely empty, with not even basic snacks or refreshments. Small details, but they reflect the overall care and standards of the property.
For the price and brand positioning, this hotel does not deliver a five star experience. Service felt average at best and careless at worst.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service reliability and room upkeep, because right now, this stay was not worth it.
I had an exceptional experience with the front office team at The Park Hyderabad, and I want to give special recognition to Mr. Manikanta for going truly above and beyond.
I booked the stay from outside India for my parents’ 35th wedding anniversary, so smooth coordination and trust were critical. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring.
Without being asked, the team upgraded my parents’ room, arranged a beautifully decorated setup, and surprised them with a cake to celebrate their anniversary. These were not standard gestures, they were thoughtful, personal, and executed with genuine care. My parents felt valued, celebrated, and genuinely special, which was exactly what I had hoped for. They also enjoyed the hotel experience and service.
Mr. Manikanta handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. He ensured that despite the distance, everything was perfectly coordinated and stress-free for me and unforgettable for my parents.
This level of hospitality is rare. The front office team didn’t just meet expectations, they exceeded them. I highly recommend them and extend my heartfelt gratitude for creating such a memorable milestone for my family.
Had an incredible time at the KISMET pub last night! Huge shoutout to the manager, Amitabh, for making us feel so welcome. He has a fantastic eye for detail and ensures the atmosphere is spot on. It’s clear he runs a tight ship while keeping the energy high. We’ll definitely be back!
The atmosphere here is unbeatable, but the service is what really sets it apart. Huge thanks to Mr. Lalit for being such a legend! I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the in-room dining service during our recent stay. We checked in at 3:15 PM on 23-11-2025, and the lunch buffet was closed. When we ordered food, I asked for main course option she initially mentioned only dal,rice,paneer & roti is there, i said I don’t eat paneer then she suggested me dal, I said how can i Eat my lunch with dal, I asked her to check with staff if they can do another gravy so she gave me mix veg option, after that i asked i will take 6 chapatis, rice and mix veg, she said only 4chapati you can take and and we don’t serve rice and chapatis together, either take rice or chapati, i said i want both because how someone’s know ki how much other person can eat??? She said we don’t give mix veg and dal together also, so last i got just gravy and chapatis.experience was not only unacceptable but also frustrating, we hadn't eaten anything since morning and after coming to hotel i was expecting food to eat, bt as always this hotel gave me pathetic experience for housekeeping and in room dining.This people will keep you hungry and will give a vibe of beggar.
I hope you'll take immediate action to address this issue and provide better training to your staff.
My stay at The Park Hyderabad was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Sanna from housekeeping for her quick and great work. I also appreciated the warm and timely service from Kasie, Tushar, and Himanshu during meals—especially Kasie for bringing my ginger tea every morning. It was my first stay, and everything from the ambiance to the service was outstanding. The entire team is doing an excellent job. Keep up the great work, and all the best !!! :-)
I like everything about the park. Front office staff, and all restaurant’s staff the location, interiors, everything is upto the mark. All credit goes to the managementand all the manages especially The GM Mr Ajit Garcha I want to rate him 10/10

Excellent service as always. Be it transport or reception or Resturant. Ms Sutrishna from the Resturant is impeccable, the way she greets guests and welcomes shows how approachable she is. Mr Mainak from the front desk shows how good he is with his work and goes extra miles to help guests. Housekeeping team is the face we never see but should always be applauded. Hotel lobby to room it was absolutely spick and span. Multiple stay with this hotel and i never regret coming😊

This is a big time complaint post for Ashwin.
Besides being aware of the fact the crew must be allowed to stay in a peaceful place he gave us a room at 8 floor saying it was a luxury upgrade in which half of the things were not working, bed sheets were torn and there was garbage outside the room, there was hammering happening on 7 floor mirror, which disturbed our sleep at 12 noon. I mean, be respectful for the fact that the other person requested for peace and when questioned, Mr. Ashwin was aware of the hammering and had no other rooms to offer. Unapologetic at all times.
Later Mr. Manish, helped us all the way long making it comfortable for us to stay.
The quality of service at the hotel has degraded to an unacceptable level. I stayed on 22nd August and arrived at 3:00 a.m. The staff member who took our in-room dining order was extremely rude. Instead of listening to the complete order, he repeatedly kept interrupting with “we can’t give that,” “we don’t have that,” or “you are not entitled to that.”
Since his English was very poor, I switched to Hindi for smoother communication, but he continued speaking in broken English, making it even more difficult for us to understand. After several refusals, he finally agreed to provide Alfredo pasta and butterscotch ice cream. However, the order arrived only after 50 minutes, when we were already exhausted from a long 10-hour shift.
To my surprise, the food delivered was completely different—Arrabbiata pasta instead of Alfredo, and vanilla ice cream instead of butterscotch. These were the only two items I had ordered, and both were wrong. It wasn’t a long or complicated order, yet everything was incorrect. I was so tired that I couldn’t wait for a replacement and had to go to bed on an empty stomach.
This experience with the F&B department, specifically in-room dining, was extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on the hotel. I sincerely hope the management takes steps to improve this aspect, as one department’s negligence is enough to tarnish the reputation of the entire property.
