Indochine Palace

The ambience, service from staff and the facilities were so welcoming and inviting. The room was comfortable, relaxing and great value for money. The breakfast bar was generous and full of variety. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt appreciated and supported.

Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Alles vorhanden, was man von einem großen Hotel erwartet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Very convenient walk to the palace and other attractions but also quick to get a taxi. Staff were fabulous. Breakfast was superb. Rooms were lovely. The pool was beautiful to swim in even if it was cool! Sauna and steam rooms were lovely. Could not fault anything.

Classy 5 star elegance. Huge suite room size. Exceptionally beautifully decorated. Loved every second i was here. The huge bed was the best!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The rooms, facilities and staff were all top class. Special mention for VY and Edward who were so helpful and polite during our stay. They were excellent hosts in a magical place

Had a super time at Indochine Palace. The staff were very friendly and accomodation was excellent. We were particularly impressed with Ms Vy for the help and information she gave on the local places to visit.

Every single member of staff was, without exception, delightfully pleasant, incredibly helpful, and spoke a level of English unparalleled on my travels through Vietnam to date. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast offering was vast. A couple of smaller things around the hotel might have benefited from a refresh, but nothing to majorly detract from a fabulous stay!

Indochine Palace is truly a place! Elegant and beautiful! The ambience, food, and rooms were all wonderful. What is exceptional if the service by the staff. Our concierge, Edward, and VY from guest services, as well all of guest services staff took SUCH GOOD CARE of us. They truly spoiled us, and were so eager to do so. I highly recommend this five star hotel!

Cannot say enough good things for this hotel. Right from the start fui the final checkout everything was seamless. The staff were so accommodating and courteous. If I was to pick one person, it would be utterly doing injustice to the rest of the staff. However, I have to give out a special shout out to Kha we made a stay memorable right from the word get go. The location of this hotel is prime.Close to all attraction. I would certainly stay again at this location hands down if I was to come back to Hue.

Great location, it’s an easy walk down to the river and the citadel. The room was extremely comfortable and every single staff member that we encountered was charming. They could not have been more helpful.
There was an incredible selection at breakfast and we ate in the dining room three out of our four evenings as the food was so good.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I will certainly be back again in the future.
