Impressive, elegant chic hotel with a touch of warm ambiance and luxury.  Hotel staff are nice, courteous and helpful to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Thank you for the bedroom suite upgrade. It is much appreciated. The room  was very nice, beautifully decorated ,spacious,  clean and has a comfortable atmosphere with all the amenities you've ever wanted. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of varieties and assortments to choose from. We had an amazing stay, and it is really highly recommended.

Pros:

L'espace et la décoration de ce bel hôtel, la superficie et confort de la chambre. Amabilité du personnel. Un remerciement spécial pour Alice qui offre une attention exceptionnelle lors du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Une petite remarque concernant l'espace lavabo dans la chambre : un miroir éclairant serait le bienvenu.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel. Service was so good and staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel is not far from Perfume River and the rooms are clean, beautiful and spacious. Breakfast is very good and we ate in the restaurant one night and the food was also very good and very reasonably priced. The cocktails were also very good!

Nice traditional hotel in good location. We asked for a room away from road noise which was arranged. Good breakfast selection. Good cocktails.

Cons:

Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing. Poor quality food for a five star hotel.

Stunning property
Pros:

We were lucky enough to have a one bedroom suite and it was stunning. The furnishings were of a very high quality, with lots of thoughtful extras. I have been fortunate and stayed in some lovely hotels over the years but this was definitely up there with the very best. The bed and pillows were super comfy too. Breakfast the following day was included in our room rate and was excellent. I cannot fault the place, tremendous value for money.

De superbes chambres, lit confortable, mobilier de qualité.
Salle pour boire un verre , écouter un pianiste, saxophoniste.., magnifique .
Le buffet du breakfast avec un choix très varié.
Personnel très "pro", efficace, peut être pas très "chaleureux", hormis la réception.

Cons:

Emplacement légèrement excentré.
Le cadre de la salle du buffet n est pas aussi superbe que tout le reste de l hôtel.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Ein Zimmer zum wohlfühlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgewogen und es war für jeden was dabei. Die Mitarbeiter in dem Hotel waren ausgesprochen höflich und der Service war top. Ein tolles Hotel was wir jederzeit wieder besuchen würden.
