Great staff, friendly staff and clean facilities
Pros:

The staff was amazing and very friendly. I felt very comfortable here. All my needs were met.

Cons:

It seemed more like a hotel for locals rather than tourist. But all in all it was a very nice place.

Pros:

Absolutely magical pillows and beds. Wouldn't say that hotel is modern, but quite nice. Pleasant ambiance in the lobby with live music and cozy bar.

Cons:

They have wooden doors instead of blackout curtains, so it's not very dark for sleeping

Fantastic stay from start to finish
Pros:

A fantastic stay from start to finish. Great airport pick up, friendly check-in. A call to the reception quickly addressed poor wi-fi on the well appointed room by means of an individual router. A sumptuous breakfast helped by attentive staff, thanks Alice for her great iced coffees. Finished by personal driver transfer over the Hai Van Pass to Da Nang in an executive car. Amazing value all round.

Very quiet and comfortable stay with spacious rooms, great value, and an excellent breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Stayed here in a 2-bedroom setup (a 1-bedroom suite with a connecting room) on a high floor and really enjoyed the stay overall. The value for what we received was excellent. The hotel itself was also surprisingly quiet — we rarely saw other guests. Great if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, though maybe not the best choice if you’re hoping for a more social atmosphere.

The breakfast buffet was a standout. It was included with our stay and had an impressive selection of both Western and local dishes, along with several made-to-order stations. Definitely one of the highlights of the experience.

Cons:

A few areas could be improved. The spa felt a bit underwhelming and lacked the luxurious 5-star feel we were expecting. The surrounding area also didn’t have many shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. It would also be nice if the hotel added a small convenience or pantry-style store for snacks and essentials.

We would definitely recommend this property and will stay again when returning to Hue.
Pros:

Everything was amazing, incredible value for money. Our suite was just beautiful! Lovely staff and great meals in the restaurant.

We had a comfortable stay at the Indochine Palace. It was nice to come back to the pool and relax
Pros:

The breakfast had a large selection of foods. I liked sitting at the balcony tables as there was more space. The pool was really nice.

Cons:

The breakfast area was really packed with tables and it felt crowded trying to get around.
The room and bed was pretty small.

Pros:

Séjour globalement très agréable à l’Indochine Palace Hué. Le vrai point fort de l’hôtel est sans hésiter son personnel: extrêmement professionnel, réactif et efficace. Chaque demande a été traitée dans un délai impressionnant, toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et l’hôtel conserve une certaine élégance, mais on sent qu’il a perdu un peu de sa splendeur d’origine et qu’une rénovation serait bienvenue pour lui redonner tout son standing.

Petit bémol également concernant le Wi-Fi, quasiment inexistant dans notre chambre malgré les efforts du staff, qui a pourtant installé un modem additionnel pour tenter d’améliorer la connexion.

Malgré cela, nous gardons un bon souvenir du séjour grâce à la qualité du service et au professionnalisme des équipes.
