Pros:

The hotel was enormous and very grand. We thought it was a very old hotel but it turned out not to be.
Rooms were nice and spacious. Dining room for breakfast was quite grand and the chefs very helpful.

Cons:

Too big, vast empty spaces.

Pros:

Awesome room with balcony, very comfy and warm feeling of being in someone's home.
Everything lives in details and service is very attentive. You get help quickly, easily and with kindness.
Great breakfast with lots of choices but not in extra quantity, which shows quality

Correct pour 2 jours max
Pros:

On est à 20 mn du centre, tout était correct, personnel sympa mais un peu long quand on veut quelque chose ( on a attendue 15 mn nos valises pour partir)
Chambre propre

Cons:

Restaurant : on a eu un déjeuner et un dîner, mon mari et moi avons été malades ( est ce que c’est le restaurant ou pas ? )
Nous avions Reservé une chambre avec balcon, dommage aucun siège dehors sur le balcon

Pros:

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời. Phòng suite mình ở rất đẹp, rộng rãi và thoáng, thậm chí có lẽ là hơi rộng rãi quá khi ở một mình. View cũng rất đẹp. Lễ tân và nhân viên đều rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Dịch vụ spa massage và ăn uống đều rất tốt, nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Vị trí khách sạn cũng rất thuận tiện, trên đường Hùng Vương và xung quanh có rất nhiều nhà hàng và dịch vụ đi kèm. Chỉ tiếc là thời gian có hạn, mình không ở lại lâu dài được.

Cons:

Một vài chi tiết nhỏ thôi:
- Chỗ để xe hơi khó di chuyển. Cần phải xuống xe rồi đi bộ lên sảnh hơi bất tiện. Nếu có thể có hầm hoặc cách nào để di chuyển trực tiếp lên thang máy thì tốt.
- TV k có nhiều app lắm. Thực ra điều này cũng không quá quan trọng vì mình cũng không xem TV quá nhiều, chủ yếu nghe nhạc thôi. Nhưng khách sạn cũng có thể cân nhắc thêm.
- Khách sạn bên trong rất đẹp nhưng bên ngoài nhìn hơi cũ. tuy k quá ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm nhg khách sạn cũng có thể cân nhắc thêm.

Phòng rộng, sạch, ăn sáng ngon, vị trí tuyệt vời

Cons:

Lễ tân cần linh hoạt hơn, tôi đề nghị đổi 1 phòng hạng cao xuống thấp ( cho liền kề phòng kia) mà nhất định trả lời đã full. Phải đề nghị gặp quản lý mới giải quyết được ( có full đâu)

Home away from home in style and comfort
Pros:

The ambience, service from staff and the facilities were so welcoming and inviting. The room was comfortable, relaxing and great value for money. The breakfast bar was generous and full of variety. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt appreciated and supported.
