Fabulous stay in Hue.
Pros:

Location was great. Fabulous Pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options and other food sampled at lunch time was delicious. Towels in the bedroom were changed twice daily too, which was well received. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was welcome overnight too! The hotel organised a driver to our next stay in Hoi An. He took us to Hai Van Pass and the marble mountain, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Good value too. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel to any future guests.

Cons:

La terrasse de la piscine qui est dans un état lamentable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Par contre la piscine est grande et vraiment bien.

フエでの短時間の滞在の満足度を非常に高めてくれました。
Pros:

ドアマン、レセプションのスタッフがとても親切で、感じが良かったです。横にショッピングモールがあるので、買い物が楽でした。朝ごはんがとってもおいしかったです。フエの伝統料理も西洋的な食事もどちらも楽しむことができ、何度もおかわりしました。
モバイルバッテリーを部屋に忘れてしまい、チェックアウト後にBooking.comのチャットから連絡したところ、1時間以内に対応してくれ、ドアマンからすぐに受け取ることができました。とても助かりました。どうもありがとうございました。

Cons:

部屋の排水が少し詰まりがちでした。また、厳格ではないのかもしれませんが、部屋のルールに、外から飲み物や食べ物の持ち込みを禁止すると書いてあり、慣れないことだったので少し戸惑いました。

Heaven in Hue
Pros:

This is beyond doubt the most outstanding hotel I have had the enjoyment of experiencing. There is no need for me to itemise each impressive feature. However, the room was simply luxurious, the bed AND PILLOW wonderful and the features incredible.

A vital consideration is, no matter how impressive the features, the single most important quality is the staff and their service. Their concern for comfort, the friendliness of their greetings and the sincerity they displayed to ensure you are enjoying your stay is truly remarkable.

Finally, if myself and my wife were to return to Vietnam in the future, we would definitely include a return to Hue simply to enjoy Indochine Palace. We have already told our friends about how marvellous is this place.

Traditional Indochine Luxe at affordable price
Pros:

Traditional style 5star hotel - very spacious, calm and comfy. Best breakfast of all our stays in Vietnam. And a fantastic 25mtr pool - great for swimming. It was fantastic value for money given the level of facilities and service. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

The rooms while beautiful, spacious and comfy weren’t very practical. The lights were warm but too dim in places. The vanity and sink was partially open to the bedroom with a countertop shaving mirror which you had to bend down to use. Also had poor lighting for make up or shaving. So we moved the mirror to the desk but even the light there was inadequate. The desk was too high to use for a laptop.

Un séjour luxueux dans le palace de Hue
Pros:

Hôtel 5 étoiles. Très bon service. Nous avions une suite au 10ème étage très grande avec 2 chambres . Lits très confortables. La piscine est fantastique. L’hôtel est à 5 minutes à pied du quartier des restaurants
