Good service and location, only bad thing the kids swimming classes in the afternoon
I and my husband stayed at indochine palace for 2 nights. I see the staffs here are so friendly and lovely. They always willing to support us when we need some things and always smiles. The check out day, ms. Vy and Mr. Rum helps us carry the luggage and sharing many story’s about hue. They are so great. I will come back.
The hotel is very great, look so fancy. The bathroom should improve more. The staff so lovely and friendly like Bảo Lê, Viết Bảo, Vy, Văn Anh and Phương

Absolutely magical pillows and beds. Wouldn't say that hotel is modern, but quite nice. Pleasant ambiance in the lobby with live music and cozy bar.
They have wooden doors instead of blackout curtains, so it's not very dark for sleeping
A fantastic stay from start to finish. Great airport pick up, friendly check-in. A call to the reception quickly addressed poor wi-fi on the well appointed room by means of an individual router. A sumptuous breakfast helped by attentive staff, thanks Alice for her great iced coffees. Finished by personal driver transfer over the Hai Van Pass to Da Nang in an executive car. Amazing value all round.

An unbelievable luxury hotel at a great price. Buffet breakfast was exceptional and the bar was quiet and cozy.
Stayed here in a 2-bedroom setup (a 1-bedroom suite with a connecting room) on a high floor and really enjoyed the stay overall. The value for what we received was excellent. The hotel itself was also surprisingly quiet — we rarely saw other guests. Great if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, though maybe not the best choice if you’re hoping for a more social atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet was a standout. It was included with our stay and had an impressive selection of both Western and local dishes, along with several made-to-order stations. Definitely one of the highlights of the experience.
A few areas could be improved. The spa felt a bit underwhelming and lacked the luxurious 5-star feel we were expecting. The surrounding area also didn’t have many shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. It would also be nice if the hotel added a small convenience or pantry-style store for snacks and essentials.
