Pros:

立地条件のみ。部屋に関する感想ではよかった点はありません。

Cons:

値段の割にベッドは狭く硬くて睡眠できない。
スリッパ等、最低限の設備、洗面備品などはサービスすべきだと思います。

まぁ、現場から近かったから、良しとしよ
Pros:

現場がすぐそこやし部屋も広いし、飯屋も飲み屋も近くにあるし、駐車場も敷地内にあるし、ホテル宿泊者専用の料金体系やし、良い感じですね。

Cons:

古いわりにちょっと高いチェックアウトが早いのと、スタッフが９割外国人なので、裁量権は無いし、融通も利かないので、ちょっとイラっと来る時がある。

Pros:

福岡天神の便利な場所にあり、便利だった。

Cons:

部屋によるのかもしれませんが、WiFiの電波強度が劣悪でした。

荷物の預かりサービスがなく、有料ロッカー利用となり、サービスの悪さを感じました。

値段の割には部屋が広くて良かった！
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。　周りに飲食店が多い為、とても便利な場所だと思いました。
チェックアウトが１１時だということも、ゆっくりと過ごせてよかったです。

Cons:

トイレがシャワーがついていなかった事と、便座が冷たかったです。寒い日だったので、トイレの便座の冷たさが辛かったです。

立地の割には比較的安かったので、建物や設備が古いのは仕方ないとしても、清掃をきっちりされていたら良かったのにと思いました。
