Good for a short stay and affordable.
Pros:

Location was reasonably central and the rooms were adequate though typically small for Japanese hotels. The receptionists were polite and was clean inside the rooms. The beds were comfortable as well as the place being quiet.

Cons:

Check-in strictly starts from 3pm (although they may have rooms ready earlier but do not bet on it). They will only take one large bag per adult and the rest of your bags will have to be placed into a paid locker that costs 1000 yen each. The rooms were outdated and the corridors are not regularly vacuumed.

また利用したいです。
Pros:

周辺の商業施設に近く、動きやすい所。スタッフの方が親切で、ロビーにロッカーがあり荷物を預けて、すぐに出かけられます。

Cons:

喘息があるので、禁煙ルームを予約したのですが、5階のフロアについたら、廊下がタバコの匂いに包まれていた所、部屋から出る気がしなかったです。できたら、喫煙ルームと禁煙ルームをフロアごとに分離して欲しいです。お部屋は、快適！！！
