受付の外国の方達はすごく日本語も堪能で良かったです。

Cons:

朝、チェックアウトの10時までゆっくりしていたら、勝手に鍵開けてスタッフさんが入ってこようとしてました。

Beaut location, fairly well run but somewhat tired business hotel.
Pros:

It’s a good location amongst many izakayas and interesting streets. Staff are friendly and everything was clean.

Cons:

The mattress was very old and tired. When someone in the building smokes the smell runs through the ventilation system.

Good for a short stay and affordable.
Pros:

Location was reasonably central and the rooms were adequate though typically small for Japanese hotels. The receptionists were polite and was clean inside the rooms. The beds were comfortable as well as the place being quiet.

Cons:

Check-in strictly starts from 3pm (although they may have rooms ready earlier but do not bet on it). They will only take one large bag per adult and the rest of your bags will have to be placed into a paid locker that costs 1000 yen each. The rooms were outdated and the corridors are not regularly vacuumed.
