Pros:

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Duże apartamenty dla rodziny. Pyszne śniadania. Wszystko świeże na bieżąco uzupełniane. Świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu dużo restauracji z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Kryty basen z bardzo ciepłą woda- byliśmy w lutym. Pokoje ogrzewane. Bardzo polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi.

I’d recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful — super helpful, kind, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to the hotel manager, who kindly changed our room when the initial one was not suitable for us as we were traveling with a very small baby (3 months old). We truly appreciated this attention and flexibility.

The breakfasts were excellent — fresh, tasty, and with a great variety. We also had massages at the hotel, which we really enjoyed, thanks to a skilled and professional massage therapist.

The hotel’s location is great, very close to the sea and the promenade. We also stayed with our dog, and everything was arranged comfortably for us.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, mostly thanks to the amazing staff and great service. We would still recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

Cons:

As a small downside, apartments in the separate building look a bit tired and definitely needs renovation. The spa area also feels outdated and would benefit from an upgrade.

Lugar excelente para stop and go o estancias largas.
Pros:

Muy buena atención del personal del 1 al último. Hotel muy elegante , bien situado y servicio excelente.

Cons:

Hubo una confusión con los detalles de la reserva pero nos atendieron con mucha empatía e incluso la directora de operaciones intervino para darnos una solución acorde a nuestras expectativas.

Much nicer to stay in that the encore of Barcelona

Stunning hotel with excellent facilities and close to the beach, easy access to Barcelona and airport.

Cons:

There was quite a bit of street noise at night. The Friday was Halloween and the Saturday was.... Saturday so there were a lot of young people enjoying themselves. We had to open the window to sleep so it was a bit noisy. Everything else was perfect.
