Für günstigen Preis ist die Leistung sehr gut,
zB dass kein Fön auf Zimmer ist, kann man daher hinnehmen

People are nice, but the place is a bit run down and there is absolutely nothing going on in Kehl.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer naja, Bad schmuddelig, Frühstück ist sein Geld nicht wert - wirkt insgesamt so, als hätte man schon aufgegeben. Ein günstiges Hotel, wenn man nach Straßburg möchte

Clean, comfortable, good size room. No air conditioning so we kept the windows open. Hotel is next to a school and we could hear the children in the morning. Great beer garden a short walk away and storks nesting near the hotel. We skipped the hotel breakfast due to cost and walked to the bakery by the stork's nest. Short trip to visit Strasbourg, France from here.

Das Hotel vom aussen war sehr schön gepflegt, die Zimmer jedoch waren sehr dreckig und in sehr schlechtem Zustand.

Im Badezimmer war nur Platz für sehr kleine Dusche und eine Toilette, man könnte sich kaum drehen, das Waschbecken war schon im Zimmer.
Toilette war von unserer Ankunft gar nicht geputzt und waren viele Haare in der Dusche auch als auf der Toilette.

Das Zimmer hatte total „dörfliche“ Atmosphäre alles war alt, auf dem Bett könnte man sich kaum drehen, weil es das ganze Hotel mitbekommen hat.
Kein richtiger Zimmer für junge Familie.

Das Buffet war sehr spartanisch ausgerichtet. Es gab nur weis Brötchen, paar Pflaster Käse und Wurst. Es gab Filterkaffee, der gar nicht geschmeckt hat.
Ich würde das Hotel auf keinem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nach Rücksprache mit meinen Kunden müssen folgende Mängel festgestellt werden:

* im Einzelzimmer fehlte die Türe zum Badezimmer
* die Wandhalterungen der Duschvorrichtungen waren nicht richtig befestigt, teilweise sogar kaputt
* die Zimmer wurden nicht regelmässig gesäubert / Betten gemacht
* Beim Einchecken war niemand anwesend (mitten am Tag). Erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen, wurde die Türe geöffnet
* in einem Zimmer ist das Waschbecken im Schlafbereich integriert und nicht im Badezimmer
* beim Frühstück war nicht ausreichend Kaffee und Brötchen da. Noch nicht einmal 2 Brötchen p.P. Was allerdings am letzten Tag aber in Ordnung war.
Insgesamt muss ich leider sagen, dass meine Kunden zurecht nicht begeistert waren. Zumal ich mir selbst ein Bild vor Ort machen konnte.

Nice hotel, good service, good price. The breakfast, however, is too expensive for the limited choice they have. It's a general problem in France, but since the hotel is in the Germany, you could expect something better. In general - a decent 2 star hotel.

Cet hôtel répondait bien à la description qui en été faite - j'ai seulement été surprise qu'il n'y ait ni ascenseur, ni personne pour aider à monter les valises, en l'occurrence au deuxième étage

Es war OK für uns. Für eine Nacht alles gut.

Convivialité, simplicité, très bonne situation géographique: proximité de Strasbourg

La réservation prévoyait notre arrivée le dimanche 19 février et notre départ le 21. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 17 heures au Schwanenhotel, c'était jour de fermeture. Nous avons quand même sonné sept ou huit fois, personne. Nous avons dû chercher un hotel à Strasbourg. Nous sommes revenus le lendemain pour des explications et pour la deuxième nuit prévue lors de la réservation.

This is a great hotel to stay for a couple of nights. It is far away from any entertainment but it is in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would gladly stay there again.

In a mainly residential area. Very comfortable and spacious, well furnished room.
Good breakfast and 2 restaurants within 100 meters for evening dining/drinks - tried both and they were very good!
On site parking at Hotel.
Easy access to Strasbourg and River Rhine.

Could see castles from balcony. Lovely small town. Service was excellent and breakfast was very good. Room was very clean. We did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on other meals. Room did not have a fridge, safe or air conditioning (a consideration in the warmer months). Also no elevator if stairs are a problem.
