El hotel está muy bien ubicado para hacer excursiones en el valle del Baztan, el gran inconveniente es que el cuarto de baño no disponga de calefacción y en la habitación cada vez que carga el aire acondicionado ( que es cada 15’) el ruido es insoportable .
El trato y el alojamiento excelentes. La habitación muy acogedora y cómoda. Los paisajes impresionantes. Merece la pena

Friendly staff, could park our bikes without a problem. Quiet hotel, once super de luxe now clean and in style. Dinner at the hotel very convenient and a very nice fresh breakfast buffet with fresh orange juice and all other necessities (fruit, eggs, meat, cheese, cereals etc etc.
Todo perfecto, sobre todo la amabilidad del personal.
Reserve por equivocacion 2 noches, la habitacion que nos dieron era bastante mala, le pedí la otra y me dijeron que no había, pero apenas habia coches en el parking. Eso si me cobraron las dos y todo de muy malas maneras. Las vistas de un lado bien, del otro a un polígono industrial.
