Molto bello il nostro viaggio ma l’ambiente un pochino freddo

La comodità negli spostamenti e la vicinanza al centro del paese

Cons:

Dovevamo mettere gli asciugamani per terra per non scivolare perché la doccia perdeva acqua e non hanno saputo riparare al problema inoltre una persona dello staff si è lamentata perché noi italiani siamo a suo avviso “difficili “ perché non tutti parliamo inglese..premetto che non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con bar e ristoranti vari per farci capire anzi..

Sehr schöne gpflegte Unterkunft mit super netten Gastgebern. Schöner Pool (Achtung ist nur 1,30 tief, also keine unüberlegten Sprünge)

Unser Zimmer war im Nebengebäude. Sehr hell, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr großes, schönes Bad. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war qualitativ hochwertigen. Es war alles da was man braucht. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage waren auch sehr gepflegt. Man würde sehr freundlich empfangen, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Friendly staff, nice place, noisy, could be cleaner

Breakfast was good, nice place to sit outside. They serve pastel de nata.
When we had complaints, they were understanding and fixed it.

Cons:

The room we had on the ground floor was noisy, you could hear the beds being moved above, chairs during breakfast or the cleaning staff whose base is right next to the rooms. We woke up to the noises the first morning and told the staff, they were nice about it and the next morning was much better.
Glasses in the room were dirty, found some hair as well.
There's only tomato as vegetable for breakfast.
