The view was stunning. The overall design of the accomodation was good-

Cons:

The accommodation was not adequately equipped - there was an oven, without an oven dish.The oven could thus not been used. There was one warped frying pan.The photo showed a barbeque. There was
no barbecue.
The carpet in the bedroom was filthy.
There were small ant-liked insects inside and outside.

Well located with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The location was great and quite central to both the tourist strip and regular shopping areas. The view was amazing and the room itself was very well appointed with nice furniture, comfortable bedding and good appliances.

Cons:

The cleanliness was slightly off with a hair from previous attendees found on the floors in both the toilet and bathroom but nothing too drastic. There was also an issue with the smoke alarm battery however this was fixed quite quickly.

Pros:

Good size accommodation and very clean apartment and lovely outlook over the bay. Quiet location.

Cons:

Awkward layout. Bedroom cant be closed off. People walking past outside can look straight through to the bathroom. A long walk into Airlie Beach.

A great location and view with all necessities. Review is for apartment 131 on the ground floor.
Pros:

Location and water view were special. Pool was clean and private.

Cons:

Quite dated interior, ceiling fan in living area didn’t work and bathroom needed a very good clean. Around base of shower door was filthy.

Pros:

The view of the boardwalk and ocean is lovely

Cons:

The first unit we were in was not clean and so the staff were very good to help us and arranged for us to move to another unit.
The pool area was gorgeous

Quiet location but still handy to town if you enjoy a walk along the boardwalk
Pros:

Quiet well insulated unit on ground floor next to pool. Underground parking behind boom gate but not secure.
Receptionist attended to request as best she could offering foil, when I enquired if there were any baking dishes I could borrow as none were provided in the unit.

Cons:

No dishes to use in oven when self catering. Housekeeping need to take extra care to clean behind bedside tables and lounges as used tissues and dead insects and dust build up evident. Minor items in kitchen overdue for replacement eg plastic chopping board and vegetable peeler. Having owned holiday accommodation myself I understand the importance these issues are addressed.
