Nice property, booking slightly misleading.
Pros:

I really liked the layout and breakfast at the café was really good. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi area, although when we went up there in the evening hoirs, there were no towels to use. I also did love the access to the beach, which was right there as soon as you step outside.

Cons:

The first thing that happened was the ocean view condo ended up being a side view. When I inquired, I was told none of those condo suites are ocean view and that it was in subsequent messages sent AFTER booking, but it should state that when you initially book it, instead of in other correspondence. The view I was expecting was just not provided and turned out to be a view of the street and some building of homes across the street. Upon inspection of the suite, I did notice that it wasn't thoroughly clean. There was trash under the bed and hair on the dining room table and in the bathrooms. They could update the TVs because while there were a lot of channels, there was no streaming available. DVDs were provided for movies. The movies were current, but I was taken aback by the fact that they had DVD players. We had to call the front desk to get it to work and it still didn't work properly. We had to keep turning it off and on to get it to play. On our final night, I was sent a text offering a special rate for checking out at 5pm on my departure date. I called to inquire and the front desk gentleman told me I could come down in the morning and pay for it as it was late when I called down. The next morning I went downstairs to pay, I was told that I couldn't take advantage of it anymore. Someone whom I could only assume was the front desk manager who didn't come out and address me directly just screamed from the back that it was subject to availability, which the text did say, but I would have gone down and paid when I was told the rate instead of waiting. Instead, we were given a 12pm check out time, which was fine. The water in the sink took a long time to drain out and there was a very faint smell of mold, but I couldn't pinpoint the source of the smell. I kept getting texts from staff regarding smoking on the property that were nice initially, but then almost rude and slightly threatening.

Not my first stay BUT will be my last
Pros:

The location is really good, close to just about everything. If the weather is goos, it's definitely a nice walk to the main road and several nice restaurants.

Cons:

The parking garage is HORRIBLE, extremely tight fit. Definitely didn't enjoy having to fix our own toilet in order to be able to use it. Requested maintenance service around 8:30pm and that call was not responded to until 9:30am the next day.
