Pros:

Bel hôtel avec chambres spacieuses et petit déjeuner copieux. Il y a bel et bien une machine à gaufres qui nous permet de préparer des gaufres délicieuses. Petit balcon avec vue sur le lac nipissing, très joli ! Il est vrai que vous trouverez quelques taches occasionnelles, mais le séjour a tout de même été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Gym avec quelques machines que nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion d’essayer. Beau moment de détente très apprécié après 5 jours de canot camping dans le bois.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel had a nice, comfortable atmosphere. The speed and quality of service were good. I also liked the breakfast, it was very good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and if I visit this city again, I will definitely stay here.

Cons:

​We stayed in room 207. There was no peephole lens in the door—just a hollow hole, meaning the entire room could be seen from the hallway. Also, the balcony door handle was broken and wouldn't lock properly. Additionally, one of the light bulbs in the lamp wasn't working. There are security cameras everywhere and 24/7 security, which is good, but the balcony itself still couldn't be securely closed.

calm and relaxing
Pros:

I liked that it was close to everything, the room was very quiet, the cleanliness was very good, and the breakfast was perfect for the vacation. The staff was also helpful, and the lady who assisted us explained everything correctly.

Cons:

They didn't do the cleaning for the last two days, they only cleaned the bathroom, but everything else was excellent.

Pros:

The location is good. It's in downtown. Close to amenities and park.

Cons:

Hotel is kind of old and needs a renovation. The room was decent but it's not that clean. With all the rust and old bath tubs. A renovation would make this hotel a nice place to stay. Same breakfast everyday.

Good sleep
Pros:

Was a nice place to stay. Room was clean. Wish they offered more protein products for the complementary breakfast. As I am hypoglycaemic, I need more than carbs to keep my sugars up. But aside from that the offer for breakfast is good with hot waffles and cereal, fruits. Coffee, juice and multiple types of breads.
