I called about issues with getting my deposit back on Thursday. They put in my credit card information wrong, and now I can't get my money back.
They said they would call me back.
Friday I asked again about my deposit. They said they would call me back.
Saturday I called and asked about my deposit. They said they would calle back.
Sunday I called asking about my deposit. They said they would call me back.

They made a mistake, I'm paying for it quite literally, and no one will talk to me to remedy the issue. This poor quality of customer service is Completely ruining any good experience I may have had.
