Pros:

Pros:

Room layout was great. Hot tub and shower were both amazing

Cons:

Plaster on the roof of the bathroom needs obvious repairs. It tainted the experience a bit.

Pros:

It was very clean and friendly staff, I did actually forget my new gold watch I bought at the mall and called them and as I said my name and room number they mentioned the watch and did it ever drop stress off my shoulder

The girl at front desk was excellant we didn't get her name we couldn't get the tv on, we forgot what time the breakfast was so we had to phone her she was so nice and fixed all our concerns. We are three older ladies and everytime we went downstairs to go out side she would smile and wave or comment about us loved staying here absolutely would recommend this place to friends and family.Thank you so much, oh one thing we didn't ask but I would like to have warm boiled eggs instead of cold and I heard more than one person say the same thing, again Thank you it was a pleasure here.

Terrible.
Pros:

Cons:

Customer service was atrocious. I felt I was treated like a common criminal when I was there for work purposes. The hotel was also very outdated, not clean and appeared cluttered. It was also in a not so nice area of town and it didn’t feel secure… like anyone could walk in off the street. I will never return even tho work paid for it .

Pillow had long hair on it (I am bald)

The location

Cons:

It was very dirty. Blood on curtains. Dirt on the back of the (what should be white) bathroom door. Curtains didn’t cover the whole window. It was rather disgusting

It was a good stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was exactly what I expected and was good. The staff at front desk were friendly and helpful in answering questions. There was plenty of parking for hotel guests. The location was easy to find and perfect for my needs.

Cons:

I would say that the value for the price paid was good. Although I cannot complain about the general cleanliness of my room and the hotel in general, I found that the property is in need of some improvements. One example would be the caulking around the bathtub and shower, which appears to be embedded with mold or mildew. It needs to be scraped away and re-caulked.
