The location was good and the hotel itself was really nice. The lobby / lounge area was beautiful.

The bed has to be one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. It really was like sleeping on a hardboard. We had 2 single beds and they were both the same so I hardly slept for 4 nights.
There was no milk with the coffee making facilities in the room and no Sky TV. Id expect at least one news channel in English, at least there has been in every other Hotel I've stayed in around the world.

Sehr gute Lage. Fast im Herzen der Stadt. Es pulsiert das Leben ringsherum. Prachtvoller Innenhof. Service klassisch, angenehm. Hier arbeiten souveräne Profis, unauffällig, freundlich,, aufmerksam, angenehm. Der riesige Gastraum mit großen Wandgemälde gehört uns allein. Der absolute Klassiker Pesce Spada kam ein wenig fantasielos daher. Es fehlen die Tomaten, Kapern, Oliven. Gute Auswahl an Weinen. Das Hotel ist von der Größe eher auf Tagungen ausgelegt als auf Einzelreisende. Wir wurden als Gäste wahrgenommen und mit Namen angesprochen!
