Lovely spacious hotel, although it looks like you're in some little back street it's actually a perfect location, near to everything you want in the heart of the city

It was a horrible experience. The staff totally ruined our experience in Palermo
Cons:

Front desk staff who were on night shift was unprofessional and shockingly rude. He showed attitude and anger when we told him we booked through booking.com instead of directly via hotel. We were a group of 4 and booked 2 rooms. He claimed we booked 1 person per room so only let 2 of us checking in into 1 room? He completely ruined our night in Palermo. If this hotel has issues with guests booking through third-party websites, please DO NOT list your property online in the first place. I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel to be prepared for hostility instead of hospitality.

Pros:

Läget är absolut obeskrivligt utmärkt, i turismens centrum, trots det tyst med bevakning dygnet runt. Frukosten uppfyller i alla fall alla europers önskemål. Byggnaden är vacker och rummet vi hade var exceptionellt, varmt och rymligt med en liten balkong.

Cons:

I Italien och Palermo får man alltid finna sig i mindre missar. Vattnet var högst ljummet i duschen t ex. Apelsin juicen måste man pressa själv, arbetsdrygt och klottigt. Vatten till rummet var man tvungen att köpa i en supermarket etc.

Pros:

レストラン「Kemonia」は、朝食（3回）と夕食（1回）で使用したが、味もサービスも申し分なかった。
スパ（サウナ）も貸し切り状態で、充分に寛げた。
大聖堂、王宮、マッシモ劇場、等々の観光スポットだけでなく、レストランやショッピングなどもほとんど徒歩圏内であり、ロケーションも良かった。

La posizione era perfetta e costituisce uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel, insieme alla validita della struttura, alla pulizia delle camere ed alla cortesia del personale addetto alla reception.
