Una splendida conferma, se è la quarta volta un motivo ci sarà.

Hotel magnifico in antico palazzo storico, chiostro unico al mondo con bar/bistrot e musica eseguita dal vivo, camera spaziosissima con aria condizionata fin troppo efficiente, colazione servita in una splendida ed enorme sala, personale disponibile e gentilissimo.

Perfektný pobyt, milý personál, čisté izby a skvelá atmosféra. Ďakujeme, určite sa vrátime!
Pros:

V tomto hoteli sme strávili super pobyt a boli sme maximálne spokojní. Personál bol počas celého pobytu veľmi milý, ochotný a profesionálny. Izby boli čisté, pohodlné a pravidelne upratované. Veľkým plusom bola výborná poloha hotela, príjemná atmosféra a celkový pocit pokoja. Raňajky boli chutné a s dostatočným výberom. Oceňujeme aj ochotu personálu poradiť a pomôcť s čímkoľvek sme potrebovali.

Pros:

The Borsa would have had a better review had the air conditioning in our room worked. There was a fan instead. Summer in Sicily is stifling and it’s unhealthy to not be able to cool down.
Note- the fan for some strange reason did not blow air much. We took the cover off to see why. The dust was intense! Yuk!
Definitely bring your Lysol wipes if staying here!
Breakfast was nice.
Palermo is Palermo. The city is filthy. Graffiti everywhere. Not my idea of a vacation.
