Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien. Excelente el personal. El edificio muy hermoso y muy bien rehabilitado. Mantienen en perfecto estado las habitaciones.

Guide für eine Führung wurde Ende März bestellt - eine Bestätigung konnte auf Nachfrage nicht ausgestellt werden, da niemand wußte, wer es vom Rezeptionspersonal bestellt hatte. Der Guide war aber da ! :-)

Toller Aufenthalt in schönen Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes und gediegenes Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Das Hotel widerspiegelt als umgebautes ehemaliges Bankhaus den Charme von Palermo. Sehr guter Service und freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wenn man mit dem PKW anreist, sollte man unbedingt das Hotel vorab informieren und dessen Wegbeschreibung folgen,da man in eine ZTL—Zone einfahren muss und das Navi nicht unbedingt hilfreich ist. Auch sollte der Valet —Service des Hotels gebucht werden, auch wenn er nicht gerade preiswert ist, da dort keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Das Hotel kümmert sich dann um die sichere Abstellung des Pkw. Ansonsten sind es nur wenige Schritte in die Fußgängerzone und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.
