Cons:

La falta de aire acondicionado en dias de tanto calor, hace que la estadia no sea tan placentera. Si bien habia ventilacion y un ventilador de pie, son insuficientes.

Pros:

Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wir hatten das Edison-Zimmer, das direkt als Einrichtungsinspo gedient hat und das Personal war super lieb. Das Frühstück ein Traum, die Räume sind mit L'Occitane-Produkten ausgestattet und man kann sich jederzeit ein Shuttle (ein Range Rover SUV) ins Schwesterhotel Falkenstein Grand bestellen, wo man den Spa-Bereich inklusive Pool und Fitnesskursen nutzen kann.

Cons:

Die Matratze war leider viel zu weich und ziemlich durchgelegen, wodurch meine Begleitung und ich ständig in die Mitte des Bettes gerutscht sind und morgens ziemliche Hüftschmerzen hatten. Das war aber der einzige Kritikpunkt meines Aufenthalts.

Pros:

We had stayed at the hotel before and had a very positive experience. It's a beautiful well maintained building set away from the city. We had a larger room.

Cons:

The hotel had an ongoing business meeting as well as was ramping up or a wedding. It seemed to us that the level of service was not as good as with our previous stay. Breakfast was good but not spectacular as it was on our first visit. They no longer seem to offer the regular cooked to order breakfast plus the desert tower. We inquired about it and the attendant feigned any knowledge of it. Oddly that same person offered it to us on our last visit.

Ubicación y entorno excelentes

Cons:

Desayuno en la parte bufet, un poco limitado, pero productos de muy buena calidad.

Wifi con muy poca cobertura, al menos en la habitación no llegaba señal de buena calidad y se cortaba.
