Fantastic hotel . Love it ❤️
Pros:

I loved it, a lovely place 😍 to be in. Good food , good ambiance, good parking. Only one thing was a problem the wifi was not working on my phone and the lady at the reception said I will send someone. He would make it ok, but she never sent anybody.. other than this, everything was great and it was a great experience.

Cons:

Wifi is a bit problematic. It does not come on the phone easily as the system is a little complicated.

Pros:

There was nothing likeable about the property, everything one could dislike in a hotel accommodation was present here.

Cons:

It was the most harrowing experience ever, right from the moment I checked into Lemon Tree, the staff was incompetent and the check in process was quite a hassle. The rooms were booked online but the staff couldn’t adjust to our demands. The rooms too were very expensive and ill maintained, not to mention the unsafe living conditions, so were the washrooms and the flush was not working properly. Free meals were promised to us in online booking, but they were charged for heavily and added to the bill, not to mention they weren’t up to the mark. The housekeeping staff was also complacent and listened to all our requests after so much delay. The check out process wasn’t any easier, as the staff there couldn’t adjust the rooms as per our demands.

Jaipur stay
Pros:

The rooms are compact but functional and serve their purpose well. Closer to the airport.

Cons:

The food options in the cafeteria felt quite limited. Service was slow even for items ordered from the menu. Additionally, the cafeteria area felt warm and improved cooling would have made the dining experience more comfortable.

It would be more convenient if the front desk were located on the ground floor. Having to call for assistance to move luggage up to reception on level one was slightly inconvenient.

For a short stay its still worthwhile.
Pros:

Decent location .... Plenty of parking inside the property. Clean & reasonable size of rooms.

Cons:

1. The hot water in the bathroom was only very luke warm. Could not take a bath in the cold weather.
2. The dining though large was not geared to handle high traffic. Long wait time for ordered items like omelete, dosas and that too not very satisfying. The counters were a bit messy.
3. Beds could do with a change in the mattresses and the towels have lived their life and need replacement.
4. Also it would be nice if a small phone nos card could be put besides the phone.
