Pros:

The room is clean

Cons:

But the hotel is old and the air condition is not working the the hall and the lobby so until you get to your room you will be sweating

Comfortable and central but lacking in courtesy
Pros:

Nice central hotel. Reception staff very unwelcoming. We booked a premier skyline room that looked nothing like the pictures so we requested a higher room. Great views from this spacious suite on the 21st floor, spa (which we didn’t use) and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

No hello, no smiles, no welcome from any of the reception ladies. Perhaps it’s just me but in hospitality it doesn’t hurt to smile when greeting new people to the hotel.

Good quality hotel for a good price - easy to access lots of places via BTS etc
Pros:

I had a nice night room for a fair price. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Good lounge. Gym also good and lovely pool. Short walk to some local shops and BTS station nearby to go explore and dodge traffic!

Cons:

Didn’t work out TV but I was reading my book mostly anyway so most likely user error … by me
