Pros:

The lobby is quite nice and the rooms have a lot of amenities. The overall vibe was quite nice and I generally felt comfortable during my stay.

Cons:

The furniture is somewhat old and the cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired. The hotel could for sure use a touchup.

Cet hôtel correspond plus à des gens qui vont s'amuser...
Cons:

Nous avons quitté l'établissement au bout d'une journée ; les gens fument des joints en bas de l'hôtel, notre voisin de chambre à fait la fête toute la nuit avec sa ou ses partenaires, quant au petit déjeuner pas super. Nous avions sélectionné cet établissement sur l'avis de Booking c'est une grand déception nous avons été obligés de repayer des frais d'hôtel pour en changer et impossible de contacter Booking pour donner son avis. Le personnel de l'établissement a été très gentil en nous écoutant mais d'aucune aide pour trouver une solution et surtout pas de remboursement.

Love the staff!
Pros:

My stay was greatly enhanced by my new friends May and Nun at the bar on the first floor! I was always so happy to see both of them for my morning Thai milk tea or coffee and my nightly food orders lol! I would come back just for them!!

Aom was the person we interacted with first and a gentleman. Both of them were really helpful that was start, the staff was really Great, supportive

Cons:

The room air conditioner was a bit off , since it was warm it started leaking and our bags got wet.

Pros:

Junalle on lyhyt matka ja kauppa lähellä. Uima-allas tosi hyvä sekä kuntosali riittävä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä

Cons:

Hotelli oli muuttunut nuhruiseksi. Käytävässä haisi ja pinnat likaiset ja moni paikka tikki.

Все старое в номере, кондер не регулируется, либо жарко либо дует прям в голову во время сна. На балконе очень шумит внешний блок кондиционера, невозможно спать

Großes, geräumiges Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick über die Stadt.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer leider nicht ordentlich vorbereitet. Es standen noch Dosen herum, mehrere Schranktüren waren geöffnet und insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer nicht sauber. Nach einer gewissen Wartezeit erhielten wir schließlich ein anderes Zimmer.

Dort stellten wir jedoch fest, dass die Balkontüren mit einem Holzklotz blockiert waren und sich nicht öffnen ließen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Balkone aus Sicherheitsgründen grundsätzlich verschlossen bleiben müssen. Da der Balkon beziehungsweise der Ausblick einer der Hauptgründe für meine Buchung war, wurde uns dieser anschließend zwar geöffnet, jedoch hat der gesamte Ablauf unnötig viel Zeit und Diskussionen in Anspruch genommen.

Für lediglich eine Nacht in Bangkok hätten wir uns einen deutlich entspannteren und besser organisierten Aufenthalt gewünscht.
