Médiocre! Hôtel non entretenu ! Pas du tout un 5*!!!!
Pros:

J’avais su séjourné, il y a plusieurs années dans cet hôtel qui s’appelait l’Anantara c’était super, et là grosse grosse déception! Médiocre !

Plus du tout un 5*!!! Hôtel très abîmé non entretenu
Literie molle a pris la forme des corps
Rooftop fermé depuis plusieurs années mais toujours sur les annonces.

25% sur les services non appliqués ( malgré que j’avais l’écrit sous les yeux, ils ont refusé de l’appliquer)
Eau de la piscine gelée! Des morceaux de carrelage de la piscine s’enlève, je me suis même fait mal aux pieds en marchant dessus j’ai dû en ramasser moi-même pour les mettre au bord de la piscine!
Le téléphone de la réception ne fonctionne pas, nous avons dû aussi pour couronner le tout porter nos valises nous-mêmes

Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located, right in the city center, making it easy to explore many points on foot. The overall experience was fantastic...the stuff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphäre was welcoming. I would definitly stay here again!

Pros:

Grosses Zimmer und gute Lage. Personal freundlich, besonders am Pool war die Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und stark abgenutzt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bereits bei der Ankunft war die Räumlichkeit nicht sauber gereinigt. Für uns absolut kein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Pros:

The air conditioning which did not work on a room so that my daughter had to sleep in the living room
Some insects (presumably cockroaches) in the bathroom
The poor quality of the food of the restaurant
Hotel is a bit far from the points of interest of the city

Fantastic place to stay a few nights… or longer if you’re lucky!
Pros:

Massive apartment. Incredible views over the city - especially for sunset. Excellent location. Short walk to Chong Nansi BTS. Great cafes, restaurants and street food nearby. Lovely deep bathtub! Super comfy beds!!

Cons:

It’s a little tired and could have done with a better maintenance schedule over the years … but that was only cosmetic really and in line with the price. All part of the Bangkok charm and completely forgiven with the views and comfy beds!!

It’s ok for a night.
Pros:

It was clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming.

Cons:

The service at the restaurant was none existent. We were then treated like criminals to pay for our drinks before we ordered food and were not allowed to charge anything to our rooms. It’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel, I do not have to expect to wait over 10 minutes to order food whilst trying to find someone to do it.
We stayed in other hotels in Bangkok and had such better service.
