Good value for family
Pros:

Great value. Had a 2 bedroom suite with 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 singles. Two bathrooms - one with tub+ shower for one bedroom and a bathroom with shower for the second. Breakfast buffet with asian and continental choices. Good size swimmingpool on 2. floor. Clean and great staff. Hotel is somewhat dated, but room was spacious and good value. 7-11 around the corner. Approx. 15 min walk to Skytrain.

Disappointing experience but great amenities
Pros:

Disappointing experience - booked a two bedroom suite for my family of 5. When we arrived there was no bed for one of my children - youngest age 11. Was told by reception and manager that room did not include any extra bedding or rollaway bed unless I paid an extra fee of 38 euro per night. The room included 5 people but the expectation was that they shared a bed!!! The staff were quite rude - despite the fake politeness.

Rooms were a little grotty couch, curtains, bathrooms, carpets, desk all had stains. Mirrors not cleaned properly. That said the room was large and the bedding, bathrooms and towels were clean.

In addition the amenities were great. Pool was lovely. Gym spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely. We also found the rest of the staff to be very helpful and nice.

Pros:

This is an outdated hotel that has a super good infrastructure, but is in desperate need of renovation. The bedroom is very spacious.

Cons:

The bedroom was not clean, even after I complained, it was still not clean. The carpet is nasty and you can feel stuff on it when you walk on it, I also found food remains in a corner, the windows were dirty. Same with the gym, it is very well equipped, but dirty. Also, I was in a non smoking floor but there was a permanent cigarette smell.

All the employee are kinds and polite.
Pros:

Everything is so convenient. There a 7Eleven, food court inside and outside (2 min walk). In the hotel, there a bar, restaurant and coffee shop

poor customer service and the unresolved missing security deposit ruined our overall experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful city view. The location was convenient

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was disappointing. We were not informed about the 2,000 THB security deposit in advance and were not given a receipt after payment. When we realized the deposit had not been returned, the staff insisted it had already been refunded without properly investigating. We waited for hours while they claimed to review the CCTV, but we do not believe a thorough check was actually done. Instead of helping resolve the issue, we were simply told to accept the loss. This left us feeling ignored and unfairly treated. The hotel also had a noticeable unpleasant smell in some areas and cleanliness could be improved.
