Décevant pour un haut standing tel que le Sheraton
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bien garni

Cons:

L’attitude de certains employés et le manque d’accès vers les services notamment le hammam ainsi que la plage.
Le prix n’était pas fixe, trop élevé par rapport à la qualité des services.

Délais pour avoir la chambre 1h, le midi informations sur les tarifs du buffet annoncé 6500 avec boisson payé 7600…..les restaurants sur la plage fermés.

Payer une suite à 380e pour qu’au finale on nous dit que le petit dej n’est pas compris dans le tarifs alors que c’était compris dedans , bref il cherche juste à l’argent et à profiter des touristes première et dernière fois dans cette hôtel
