Incredibly clean and pretty quiet, which is nice.

Cons:

Normally, I don’t have any issues. For some reason, during this stay, every time we took a shower the water would get all over the floor. Idk what was going on. We tried moving the shower head to different places. It didn’t help. Water was literally getting all the way to the bathroom door.

Horrible customer service. Called several times to request an early check in to make sure we could get dressed for the wedding we were attending. Was told it should not be a problem. We get there and no room was available for us to get dressed in. My dad was very upset. The lady was extremely rude and over reacted while i tried to keep things calm. Then she got mad at us and very loudly LET THE NEXT CUSTOMER CHECK INTO THEIR ROOM EARLY!!!! We were a family of 9 ages ranging from 5 to 95 wanting to get dressed for my nephews wedding. They refused to refund our money and would not give us a room. We had to go to the hotel next door to pay for another room to get dressed in. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED TO BE IN A ROOM BEFORE 4PM. I will NEVER use any Hampton inn again after this experience. Worst front desk staff ever.

This place and the staff were great! I will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Evertyhing from the service at the front desk, the room, the breakfast, and the pool was great. Although breakfast was very good and it had a good variety, I would have loved to have pancakes and bacon. Other than that it was a great!

They didn't have pancakes and bacon in the breakfast menu/buffet.

Cool dog friendly hotel
Pros:

This is a decent dog friendly hotel, it can use a lil more modernization but no complaints. We attend many track events at NJMP (NJ motorsports park) and this is the only decent dog friendly hotel in the area so it serves its purpose. We have stayed here many times since 2024, and will continue to stay here.
