Best hotel in Vineland
Pros:

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful. The property is well maintained. Everything was great. But it's the staff that make this place amazing! From management to back of the house. Everyone is phenomenal! We love it here!

Enjoyed Our Stay
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Vineland and had a genuinely great experience overall. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast each morning was wonderful with plenty of options, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing.

The only downside was that the pool was closed during my visit, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, since New Jersey is cannabis‑friendly, a few guests chose to partake near the side entrances, which wasn’t ideal.

Despite those minor issues, the hotel itself was fantastic, and I would absolutely stay again thanks to the great service and comfortable accommodations.

Please get the pool fixed
Pros:

I ended up canceling my room because the pool is not working

Cons:

I don’t like that. I had to cancel my room because the pool doesn’t work. It seems like every time I book a room there the pool doesn’t work and it’s been several years now.

Overall, our stay was pleasant and I’ll definitely be booking at this hotel in the future.
Pros:

The breakfast was just ok. I liked that there was a shopping center a few minutes down the street.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the side door on the first floor didn’t work unless you entered your room number and an attendant buzzed you in.

Stay someplace else
Pros:

Large room; a little tired looking. Needed updating badly. Strange closet--one ot the sliding doors did not open all the way because there was a wall blocking it, making access difficult. Sofa bed had a burn mark and was very uncomfortable to sit on and get up and down from. The desk chair was stained. The shelf in the bathroom was warped, and the veneer was peeling off. The hotel staff was friendly, however.

Visiting family in the Area.
Pros:

Our check-in process was exceptionally smooth and effortless. Stacy was remarkably patient with us, and she kindly informed us that the pool was unfortunately closed, which was a bit disappointing after a thirteen-hour car journey. My husband mentioned it was my birthday, and she graciously upgraded our room. We are incredibly grateful for this kind gesture. The facility was very clean, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of choices. Our sincere thanks to you and to Stacy.
