Clean rooms, great facilities, and better than average "hotel breakfast".
It was pretty expensive especially given the location.

Very clean, spacious room. Quiet. Ten minute walk to Surprise Tennis Complex. Close to great restaurants!
There was no door between bed area and bathroom sink. Very bright for person still sleeping.
Room was nice and clean with all the amenities one could ask for. Room was next to the elevator and didn’t even hear it. Will definitely be staying there in the future

Staff was exceptional, nice, and accommodating. The facility was clean and inviting. The room was spacious and current. The bed was cozy. Breakfast was delicious, slightly a step above hotel other breakfast, especially with my favorite cold brew!! Overall, it was a great stay. My daughter enjoyed her 8th birthday!!
Location was perfect for what we needed to be close to. Rooms were amazing, so much so that I don’t know if I can go back to one bathroom with a 22 year old.

Large comfortable room, nice kitchen, nice lobby with sitting area.
Dealing with communication between booking.com and hotel. Hotel does not check messages through booking.com so when i had to make changes it was challenging.
Staff super helpful and friendly
The staff and front desk are AMAZING from the moment we checked in on 7/12 to 7/17 when we checked out. Everyone (and I mean everyone) was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to be helpful which made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely book here again if we ever find ourselves out in Arizona. This hotel should feel proud to have such amazing people working here.
Our room had 2 seperate private bedrooms with private full bathrooms. Bathtubs included. Lots of storage space in all areas. Private large sitting area with a work station and dining table. Full kitchen wih an oven. Front desk gave us a blender for use as well. Lots of towels were offered everday.
Nice location close to shopping. Room was spacious and uodated. Large smart TV very nice too.
