Very comfortable, well equipped room with small kitchen area. Great location. Good parking. Excellent breakfast! Very helpful staff.
I was traveling for work and it was a great work hotel option. Very central to everything in surprise and my room was huge! Didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities but the staff were kind and they designated area for dogs to play and use the restroom which was super convenient!
It is a typical Residence Inn but as long as those are your expectations its a great work hotel!

This property seems very new, spotlessly clean with plush beds, pillows and linens. A/C and bathroom fans were quietly efficient. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or workout room but they both looked clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our special requests. Breakfast offerings were fresh and plentiful. We'll definitely stay again.
Often, sofa beds are already made up with at least a bed pad and bottom sheet. This wasn't. The mattress was thin and the pull-out bed was uncomfortable.
Cleanliness, spacious room, comfortable beds, great breakfast, well equipped kitchen, friendly and helpful staff.We were there for 6 nights, and it felt like home.

Very clean, spacious room. Quiet. Ten minute walk to Surprise Tennis Complex. Close to great restaurants!
There was no door between bed area and bathroom sink. Very bright for person still sleeping.
Room was nice and clean with all the amenities one could ask for. Room was next to the elevator and didn’t even hear it. Will definitely be staying there in the future
