Excellent location
The bedroom was nice and spacious with plenty of comfortable furniture, and the bathroom was very good. The breakfast was tasty and staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool was small but nice and I loved the sauna and steam room.
A few of the lights were not working my bedroom and although some these were fixed by my second night, it was a shame they were not working immediately. A couple of other things were a loose tile above a shower in the leisure facility which was a bit disconcerting. There was also a little water on the bathroom floor after using the toilet/shower. The breakfast was good but perhaps a little overpriced at £16pp.

I emailed to say it was my husbands 50th birthday and asked for something nice in our room- nothing. The room was basic and our view was of the car park. Reception staff weren’t overly friendly.
It was easy to access from the racing
The waiters are very rude for no reason asking my room number and trying to say there is no such number and implied I wasn’t staying there
