Lovely staff and a great location
Pros:

We loved the friendlieness of the staff. I had asked if they could do something nice as it was my partners birthday, and when we got there there was birthday girl balloons on the bed. Was a lovely touch. The grounds were also lovely, loads of area for a nice walk. The room was also nice and spacious with a big bed.

Cons:

The only thing we didnt love was the pillows werent the comfiest and the room was a bit dated. But honestly overall it was a lovely stay.

Food tad expensive. SPA Could run a little better, no receptionist. Also we huge problems with Wifi

Pros:

Great Location and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and the room had a great view over the racecourse. Bonus was free |EV Charging.

Ok there just busy but don’t let them be not busy coz there punters want to be looked after

Didn’t like the attitude of bar guy about hurrying up that I had to choose my food or loose the ability to order just thought it was a bit inconsiderate but the guy who served me my food was cool just guy being too very concerned about his deadlines other than that I couldn’t stay longer next night was good

Taste of quality that lifts the spirits
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the bar area where can you sit outside overlooking the racecourse. The spa is a great asset too.

Peaceful
Pros:

Wonderful spa facilities included in package. Staff very welcoming and accommodating and top class facilities. Location and grounds also scenic and relaxing.

Cons:

Bathroom Facilities in my room needed a minor repair but did not seem representative of the whole property.
