LOVED the breakfast!!!
???
The location was perfect, espeically for first time or solo travelers - many shops and restaurants in the area; very walkable; lively day and night life. But, if you want a more authentic neighborhood, this would not be it; too many tourists and the prices in the area are jacked up for tourists. That being said, it was easy to take Uber or Didi to any other destination. The hotel had a very soothing ambience; very clean; friendly staff; but the double room we had was quite small and the bathroom was tiny. But the balcony was perfet and it made the room felt more spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The daily breakfast that came with the room was very nice - fresh bakery and variaty of breakfast dishes to choose from. Do not take the hotel shuttle from the airport; they wanted to charge us about $150 USD, when Didi or Uber was under $15 USD. That just did not feel right; left somewhat of a negative impression.
The room was quite small for the price. The bathroom was tiny; felt claustrophobic. I am 5'5" and 140 lbs, and I had very little room to move in the bathroom. The sink area was also very tiny. Very basic room amenditites, including one tiny expresso maker and 2-3 expresso pods; not sure how we are supposed to make a latte from that; a pot for hot water for night time tea would have been nice. The water pressure was not high; maybe that was just city/area wide issue (not sure); but not bad enough to ruin a shower.
Lovely people great location beautiful hotel and fantastic breakfast. The best of all the hotels I’ve stayed at this year by far.
No windows in my room which caused me to oversleep lol
Not a show stopper but others need to be aware
great location. great area. staff friendly & helpful.
nothing
Will absolutely return. Everything was incredible.
Nothing
Very substantial breakfast with lots of choice, included in the stay. The hotel is in the middle of Roma Norte which is a very nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. It's easy to get an Uber to anywhere in Mexico City from here. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Also the hotel restaurant is EXCELLENT - one of the best meals we had in Mexico.
The hotel were asking around £100 for a transfer there from the airport - and about £60 for transfer back to the airport. This is very expensive as we got our own transfers (airport taxi and Uber) for about 1/8 of what the hotel were charging. It's very easy to do this! Don't use their transfers! I felt like they were somewhat taking advantage of tourists.
The location and staff are spectacular
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. I stayed there twice. First I took a basic room and it felt really small. Second I booked the biggest suite they had and couldn’t sleep because there were “window cleaners” outside my room for 2 hours practically yelling at each other while “working”. The hotel offered me a free massage to compensate which I declined because I was leaving the next day
The staff and service was excellent. We loved the early coffee and pastry as we are early risers. The beds were comfortable and just a lovely experience. We would recommend your hotel and stay there again.
There were a few breakfast items that were not as well prepared as others But we enjoyed the breakfast and found some things that were well prepared. Great and friendly service. The overall experience was so wonderful we wouldn’t fault the few food items. And the decaf lattes were excellent!
Modern
The a/c, and the auto sensor bathroom exhaust blower is too loud
Location is fantastic, hotel vibes are great, and the staff is exceptional
Rooms were a lot smaller than I thought they would be
5 star service yet small and personal
Excellent stay with a great staff and beautiful hotel
Great restaurants, coffee shops, bars and vintage stores!
Stylish property, nice rooms, good food and drink options and we'll located for all that Roma Norte has to offer
The hotel is beautiful. The included breakfast was good, location is great. My one gripe is with the room itself, which was windowless and soulless.
