Balcony was unusable. Carpets were very dirty. Tub was dirty. Heard trains all night…but for the price - the bed was comfy, room was reasonably clean and the tv worked.

Expected a standard budget hotel (cheap but clean room, sad 'free breakfast') but was still disappointed. Biggest issue is ALL rooms are up at least one set of stairs, and no elevator, and no luggage carts. If you have any injuries or walking challenges go elsewhere.

Partial renovations so some areas are nice but

its an old building and a bit sketchy at first as the entrance is at the back of the building. My room was clean as well the bathrrom. The ceiling is a bit moldy but I was ok with that as I a long bath filled to the top. The bedding was clean and great pillows. Room was spacious and clean. Overall very quiet!!!!!

They have done and continue working on lots of upgrades. Our room was very modern and lots of plug ins for devices. The back stairs to parking lot are desparately in need of repair and very wobbly. The continental breakfast had no bagels or muffins to toast which most hotels offer. Very quiet stay.

This is my amazing day for me because of staff and property is very clean

The staff are very friendly and helpful. On our most recent stay a king bed was not available upon booking. I called ahead for an upgrade to a king. I was informed that they were all booked but if one became available, they would accoomodate the request. When I arrived the clerk was pleased to honor the upgrade. We have stayed at this property six times. The price and the quality of beds keeps us coming back. DO NOT go for the breakfast. Food items are minimal and of poor quality. The excellent rates excuse the breakfast. Love me some Tim Hortons! Service, location, bed quality more than make up for breakfast when we are just ripping through on our travels.

Inside the building was excellent value for the money spent. Young man that checked us in was above excellent. He helped us with our luggage!!!! A first in many years of travel. Thank you

All the fire escapes were boarded up. Only exit was the main entrance.

Older property which served well for a good night of rest.

Balcony was rotting and dirty. Door wouldn't close properly. The complimentary breakfast was always empty of food and basically was yogurt and toast. Awful.

Bathroom was small and tight the room was large and the outside area was dirty with garbage and dirty walking area

We got 2 free cheese bread from Domino’s. Friendly and great service! Would recommend. Thank you!

We made a booking at a certain price, but a higher amount was charged to the card, and this is considered fraud and scam. When we contacted the company, the response was that these are system errors for which you take no responsibility. I promise you that I will take legal action through my lawyer.

Yes, the amount may not be very big, but it is fraud and scam because I booked at one price and found that you charged my credit card a higher price.
