Es ist ein ganz wunderbarer Ort um in Nairobi zu relaxen. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr großzügig, das Bett bequem und wir hatten sogar einen Balkon. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und man sitzt draußen in angenehmer Atmosphäre.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und besonders der Aufenthalt im Gym mit Paul als Trainer ist unvergessen.

The location is amazing with easy access from the airport and to major attractions
Security is taken seriously with guarded gates 24/7
Reception personnel is very professional, friendly and service minded
Some of facilities did have a smell of cigarettes which is very common in emerging countries
There was always only one towel for both hands and showering so always had to ask for an additional towel
Overall the facilities are on the older sides and therefore can feel less clean and fresh

Safe neighborhood, big bustling hotel that was the center of a lot of movement and action. We stayed here twice.
Good breakfast and good launching point for group tours and safaris.
We paid more money for the bigger suite-style room with two separate beds. The front desk was overwhelmed but we had to go back three different times — first because it wasn’t cleaned, second because we didn’t get two separate double beds, and finally I realized it wasn’t worth my time even though I paid extra for the extra space. That was disappointing because we stayed in the suite the first time we stayed here. But the second time, I’m not really sure what happened. Even when showing the booking on booking.com, they still didn’t give us the room.

Gut organisiertes Hotel, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Es gibt einen Pool und ein Fitnesscenter.
Der Kühlschank funktionierte nicht (war warm), der Fernseher auch nicht, auch die Steckdose neben dem Bett war kaputt, die Dusche verursachte Überschwemmung im Bad und das gebuchte Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel war sehr teuer. Deshalb haben wir für die Rückfahrt zum Flughafen ein Uber gebucht. Obwohl das Hotel während unseres Aufenthaltes fast leer war, bekamen wir die letzten beiden Zimmer am Ende des Flurs in der 3. Etage. Mein Fenster ging zu einer Baustelle hinaus.
The staff was amazing, we arrived late and everyone in the family was hungry but the staff /chef made all the efforts to feed us and were very pleasant. It was an overnight stay before our Safari trip early in the morning we did not book breakfast due to the early start. The rooms were very comfortable and located in a good area.
