Stanza molto grande e letti comodissimi. Il personale gentilissimo e buona colazione. Nella struttura c’è sia una spa dove fanno ottimi massaggi che un parrucchiere. Il mini shop ha un po’ di tutto a ottimi prezzi. Consigliatissimo

とても嬉しい気持ちになりました。
良くなかった点ではありませんが、事前決済済みでしたが、当日、誤ってカードで支払いしてしまい、翌日、ホテルの方もそれに気づき、カードで返金してくれようとしましたが、カード返金が端末が悪いのか出来なかったようで、私のメルアドに、返金の仕方なのでしょうか、ホテル側からメールが来ました。
英語なので、意味わからないまま、消してしまい、どんな内容だったか確認できず、再度メールを送って欲しいです。
事前決済したカードと、当日重複して決済したカードは、違っていて、それぞれのカードに支払い引き落としが、明記されてしまいました。
すみません、とりあえず頂いたメールを再度送ってください。
それが、返金処理のメールならですが。

Location and staff response.
AC in the room wasn't working, so had to change room. The toiletries were basic - and not good. The pillow case wasn't clean .
