The hotel was very welcoming to me and my colleagues. Great staff Kamal was very pleasant. Jamila Lee was great with touring the hotel. Rooms are wonderful.
The staff was absolutely amazing. So nice. Beds were super comfy
Leaving was a little messy with valet and bellman but they fixed the situation.
I stayed here for work. I came back exhausted both days and ordered room service. The food was on time and really good. Great steak frites and great chicken and mashed potatoes. Ivan, the room service attendant was so kind and accommodating.
“Exceptional room service—prompt, warm, and flawlessly attentive throughout my stay.”
Thank so much for Great Service!
The view was beautiful and the upgrade room from a suite to a grand suite was everything. Very spacious i didn't want to check out.
Ivan was such a great help!!!! Love my stay here! I've had a wonderful study here at the loews hotel. I will definitely stay here for market next year.
My travel style tends to be forward-moving—checking the next box, planning the next stop, staying one step ahead of time. So when a hotel quietly encourages me to slow down without asking, I notice.
Arriving in Midtown Atlanta, the city revealed itself in layers: soaring high-rises balanced by intimate, street-level restaurants; locals strolling casually, couples lingering, conversations unfolding without urgency. After a long drive from Florida’s east coast, the atmosphere alone felt restorative.
The arrival experience at Loews Hotel Atlanta began with valet—typically a transactional moment that signals momentum. Instead, I was welcomed by a sharply dressed gentleman in a long coat and furry hat, efficient yet unhurried. The tone was set immediately: polished, calm, intentional.
Inside, the lobby unfolded in warm neutrals, marble, and wood finishes that felt refined without being austere. But what truly stood out was the check-in experience. Rather than a scripted exchange, I was met with genuine conversation—engaged, present, and human. It was the first moment I realized I had stopped rushing. At Loews Atlanta, even check-in feels curated.
Just beyond the elevators sits Ashland Bar, a thoughtfully designed social space that blurs the line between hotel lounge and neighborhood speakeasy. Dim lighting, softly illuminated tabletop menus, and a mix of high-tops, bar seating, and plush lounge areas create an atmosphere that invites lingering. It’s the kind of place that feels discovered, not designed.
Room 1701 offered a striking introduction to the city. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed a panoramic view of Midtown, while inside, plush bedding and elegant, neutral décor reinforced a sense of quiet luxury. The room felt meticulously maintained—always a marker of strong hotel management. A soaking tub paired with a separate shower added an unexpected layer of indulgence.
The following morning began with an early rise and a visit to the fitness center on the seventh floor. Even half-awake, the experience was energizing. Music pulsed through a state-of-the-art gym equipped for serious training, creating an atmosphere that felt intentional rather than obligatory. This was not an afterthought gym—it was a destination.
The adjacent locker rooms were equally well considered, offering steam rooms, spacious showers, and clean, modern amenities. While I didn’t use the facilities, their pristine condition was evident. Details like heated, fog-resistant vanity mirrors with adjustable lighting hues reflected a level of thoughtfulness often reserved for higher-tier wellness spaces.
What lingered most, however, was the feeling. Walking through the lobby that morning with coffee in hand, I realized I wasn’t in a hurry. The hotel’s signature scent, calm visual palette, and quietly confident staff created an environment that encouraged presence. Staff members were attentive without hovering—available, composed, and genuinely welcoming.
Loews Hotel Atlanta delivers luxury not through excess, but through intention. Aside from minor cosmetic wear along the lower walls of the room—small details easily remedied—the experience was exceptional.
This is a hotel that understands pace, mood, and the subtle art of hospitality. It doesn’t ask you to slow down—it simply makes you want to.
Verdict: A refined Midtown retreat that balances modern luxury with effortless calm. A definite return stay.
Everything about this hotel was right. The front desk staff. The restaurant. All the supporting staff: valet, bellman, housekeeping. The facilities were all 5 star
We had a wonderful stay at the Loews. Customer service is top notch here. The valet, the front desk, the lounge staff - all wonderful. At the lounge, Jason and Chason were welcoming, attentive, and every drink they made was expertly crafted. They made us feel like we were regulars.
Hotel was super clean, staff was friendly, and the location was awesome! Within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops.
Working with this hotel’s room block sales manager, Gracelyn Mansfield, is always a fantastic experience. She is incredibly responsive, attentive, and truly fabulous to work with. Her communication is clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire process smooth for both me and my clients. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust her to handle every detail with care and professionalism. She is absolutely a go-to partner in the hotel world.
