Please note that renovation work of the lobby will be carried out from 30/06/2025 to 30/09/2025 and some units may be affected by noise from 08:00 to 17:00.

RENOVATION From June 30, 2025 to September 30, 2025, Loews Atlanta Hotel will undergo an exciting lobby transformation, resulting in a refreshed lobby design, as well as a new signature restaurant and bar. During this time, dining services will be relocated and will offer limited menus. We anticipate noise to take place weekdays from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Great Experience
Pros:

Had a great stay at Loews Atlanta Hotel. Everything was excellent the room was spacious and comfortable, the service was professional, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The location is a big plus, connected close to major attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Would stay there again on my next visit.
Pros:

The location was great, but the staff were super helpful and kind. The door man/woman was always kind and greeted you with a smile and kindness.

Cons:

Everything was fine really, it was just a bury time of the year, which is great for the staff. And even with that they were still supper kind.

Pros:

Hotel was run down and room was not overly clean. The staff were not knowledgeable about anything and when asked for a late check out was told no bc they were going to have a lot of people checking in ..on a Sunday??! They just did not care about customer service whatsoever

Highly recommend. Treat yourself and give it a try.
Pros:

The ambiance was nice. The layout of the rooms were as well. The ballet wasn't crazy expensive. The restaurant was good as well. Service was exceptional. Seems as if the staff was properly trained to accommodate the price of the hotel and not just tired

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like except the price. But can't complain because it was worth it.

Bridal weekend
Pros:

My daughter was married on April 25th and she booked a king suite for her “beauty” day with her bridesmaids and then for the return after the ceremony with her husband. We had many guests coming from out of town as well as from other countries and we had events scheduled from Thursday thru Sunday in the midtown area. My husband and I actually live less than 10 miles from the venue and the hotel and it was easier to stay instead of shuttling back and forth. The staff was spectacular. They helped with loading and unloading, prewedding jitters, keeping the groom’s cake hidden, getting the car in and out at a moments notice from the valet service. They also put up with the impromptu party of 100+ in the lobby after the wedding! Oh, to be young again! So many things!
I would especially like to recognize, Crystal at the front desk ( the groom’s cake) Reggie at check-in & check-out and assisting with some miscommunication, Prince who found a screw driver for me, Courtney and Johnny at valet parking. You have a wonderful staff and they should be commended. Please thank them on behalf of myself and all of my family I am a Titanium Bonvoy Member and will now try my best to stay at Loewes properties in the future.

Pros:

Came in town Thursday for the concert !! We had a great time !! Hotel was beautiful , clean and friendly staff. The valet person, Jaris ,was kind and professional . She was very knowledgeable about the area and told us about flying biscuit and ashland . Keep staff like this please !! can’t wait to come back
