Was ok but the options for meals was limited and expensive compared to the Bowling Club,& Leagues
Pros:

Great location to Burnt Pine shops and clubs

Cons:

Very expensive breakfast @ $35 for a simple buffet
The League’s Club had the best food at excellent prices which the Pacific resort was not competitive at all

Pros:

Not much food choice and food and drink expensive. Main gripe is claim that 2 GB of Wi Fi provided. All gone after 1 day and they claim used it all and have to pay for more.
Rubbish when only used to download paper and mail and average data use over 3 month period is consistently 1.2 GB.

A relaxing self paced holiday of 7 Days, personally think 5 Days would have been sufficient.
Pros:

A very basic continental breakfast included, if you require a hot buffet basic breakfast you'll pay an additional $25 per.

Cons:

Property was as expected.

A grand old hotel looking for a room revamp.. offset by excellent staff ..

The rooms are very tired ,,set in a premier location in the town a major revamp is required ..

Pros:

The rooms are very dated and black mould in the bathroom. The screen door was filthy dirty all furniture beds etc very dated and very uncomfortable. The ceiling fan was covered in dust and rusty, the iron and ironing board was useless. Staff are not very friendly I was only greeted hello once my whole stay, restaurant was not open for dinner whole stay we were not notified prior arrival. When I asked staff about Dinner at the restaurant she said no it is closed and no sorry explantion.The BBQ was a disgrace no way you could of cooked on it. All cereal at the breakfast was stale very limited choices, canned fruit 1 variety and 1 variety of yoghurt, and toast. Coffee was horrible could not drink it.
We ended up going else where for breakfast a number of times. Never saw any staff doing too much at all no cleaning in common areas no maintenance work being done when there is alot of that needed, do not stay here ever.

Kids next to me were always screaming , hard to have a relaxing time . Plus the fact they kicked off the railing on the veranda and the sliding door As well the parent. Thought it was funny The unit was 57

Pros:

Lovely staff, bright airy rooms with wonderful outlook over the valley. Close to the “town”; nice pool and surrounding area; overall good mid-range hotel

Closeness to town. Lovely staff. Breakfast included. Car to hire.

Cons:

Service the car as it was not good, no aircon in car, screeching fanbelt maybe. The smell in the room was unbearable - maybe carpet mould or rising damp, I had to buy carpet deoderiser to be comfortable with the smell. The light over the table was not working. There were not enough cutlery and crockery for the number of us in the room and we had to get more from the dinning room. The fridge froze our food and leaked.

Room was a little stuffy.
Hot water was sometimes difficult to get working.
I was disappointed the weekly meet and greet advertised was not on because it was a quiet period. But thanks for the drinks voucher!
