For the money we paid it was a decent hotel

After booking 2 nights online we changed our minds and added an extra night on booking site. Everything was confirmed online, 3 nights king bed. When we got to the Clarion to check in we were told that they didn't have a conformation for 3 nights from Booking, only 2. They gave us a double bed room instead. Room 107. Remember that room #. Keep in mind that this was a Days Inn when Clarion took it over. #1 the tv remote didn't work right. There was no channel guide in the room. #2. The bathroom was a disaster. The shower doors were filthy, the shower head was hanging off the wall but still usable, the shelf was almost falling off with layer after layer of clear caulk trying to hold it on, the corners were dirty and moldy inside the shower and out, the towel bar had been moved and the old mounting holes were not filled and painted and people were stuffing toilet paper in them thinking they were peep holes. #3. There was a Mustang rally in town that we didn't know about and we had to listen to loud mufflers till 11pm every night. We always check to see if there are any car shows in town before we schedule and there was nothing listed in Pigeon Forge but it was a miserable stay. And #4 The pillows felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls. All of them. If you stay here remember Room 107 is on the street side. The other side is facing a JT Hannah"s eatery and may be quieter. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review in my 75 years on this earth so it had to be bad. You've been warned.

We loved the location and the beds was comfy it was an ok breakfast friendly staff

Cons:

The only thing was we couldn't take our breakfast to our room we had a little one that was asleep at the time breakfast was serve so I couldn't go eat.

A very restful and comfortable stay as always!
Pros:

Breakfast was the usual but good. the beds are always very comfortable.
The rooms are always clean and the staff always nice and helpful! I will definitely be back as always.

Cons:

Too bad they can't block out the fire dept up the street.

Welcoming Staff & Room. Would stay again. Affordable.
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable. Easy check-in. Close to everything (walking distance). About a mile from the Island. Affordable. Very accommodating & friendly staff.

Cons:

The breakfast. It was absolutely not worth it. Most of it was microwaved except cereal and waffles. Gravy was extremely runny, made in a crockpot. Juice was out one day. Very small area. Overcrowded everyday. Trash can overflowing daily.

I would not stay here again no matter how cheap the price. Awful staff.

The staff was very unprofessional, the workers would leave the door open for their family to come in and eat breakfast taking up the minimal space at the tables. And the staff would also make a mess on the counters when refilling things and never cleaned it up. The mattresses were the worst I slept on and there was hair all in our beds and shower.

Would NOT Stay again
Pros:

Was so loud and noisy all the time , it was a bad location and all of our rooms were noisy and all my guests complained about the rooms and the property being old and run down
