Pool and room city view was wonderful. Staff was courteous. Mostly Korean area which was ok.. Lots of hidden local restaurants.

This hotel was very impressive and met our expectations 100%!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice enough, and as an added bonus the view from the 34th floor is breath taking!! I would definitely go back!!

Millenia suites for the price category was excellent for staying 2 nights. Clean inside, also cleaned after 1st night, fresh changed towels. Good and safe parking area, happy and accommodating staff, quiet surrounding.

Millenia suites is accommodating. We checked in very late but still they acommodate us.

The hotel is run-down. The pool area’s flooring has some insects crawling underneath. It’s indoor but not heated. The cleanliness of the rooms are questionable and the inside very outdated. Spend a little bit more and go somewhere. The Security Guards downstairs has unpleasant demeanors. You need to get out of your car and approach them “nicely” otherwise they will ignore you as incoming guest and give you attitude like you are bothering them.

Hello, first off we stayed at this hotel about 7 years ago and enjoyed the hotel.

We requested early check in and was told that check-in is @ 3pm and they could not accommodate us but they would call us when our room was available for check-in,we received NO call from the hotel,only after we spoke to the front desk at around 4:30pm they said we can check in now.
Then they informed us that they required a CASH ONLY DEPOSIT.

1st room was stinky, Ants in the room and the air didn't work, checked into 2nd room it was OK but it did have holes in the comforter and the amenities were incomplete.

Next day we requested service and was told there was an extra charge for service so we ask for extra towels and was told that there was also an extra charge for towels.

It has a smoking area on the roof but found out it was closed after 10pm and re-open at 7am. (very inconvenient) there is no other place for guest to smoke AFTER HOURS....by the way it is illegal to smoke in public areas.

Last but not least the hallways are filthy and smells like a sewer through out the hotel and the hallways are not even under A/C.

I work in the hotel service industry and have never heard of things like this and have never seen a place so ran down, I realize this place is a cheaper hotel but there is NO customer service or support coming from this hotel.

the room was good...but the service not really ok...because not possible to eat a breakfast there

Old, dysfunctional rooms, dark rooms with poor lighting, the lampshades are broken with exposed bulb and wiring means there’s no room quality check. No restaurant, damp and dirty pool area. Noisy air conditioning system.

We had an amazing experience there. Very accomodating staffs.

My sister in law stayed this trip, said it was very nice.

Beacause it was raining wjen we checkedin water got in the window and we have to use buckets for the water dripping,no hot water in the bathroom we cant take a good shoer beacause water is cold,no hair dryer,no microwave and pool is out of order under mentenance,overall not coming back this place.

I booked this hotel thinking it was a four star. It did not looked like a four star at all. The rooms were old. The bed looked old. Everything felt more like a 3 star hotel. Although the staff were nice, even they agree with me it is not a four star hotel when I told them. I called expedia to change my hotel because I am a world traveler and I know what a four star is. Expedia agreed and gave me my refund and booked me to the right four star hotel.
