Stay was great for the night and location was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice but there could be more choice.

Cons:

I and the group we travelled with didn’t like that the bar closed at 9pm. There was still a few groups sitting in the bar area but bar service stopped at 9pm which was disappointing.

Pretty good hotel with old world charm in a good location
Pros:

Perfect location. Very old and lovely to see that they kept the old charm , old lift, creaky floors etc. Great area near the fire for a late drink etc

Cons:

Staff refused to turn state of origin on in the library even though no one else was in there.

Cons:

Outside bathroom to go out to at night. Private and clean but of course not as convenient lol

If you upgraded another $75 it would have solved that problem.
Too much for me at the time.

Basic TV no smart TV.! SO NO NETFLIX available of course.

No toaster to make your own breakfast wasn't great for travellers..just a kettle.

Basic price obviously . So if you are looking for more upgrade..

Enjoyed every moment of a lovely winter stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable and nice bathroom with heated floor

Cons:

Nothing really, only Queen bed as we have a king bed at home

Nice hotel with old British style sitting rooms, billiard room and others. Would recommend.
Pros:

Old English atmosphere. Friendly staff. Convenient location

Cons:

Was not expecting the communal self contained bathrooms. Bathrooms were down the hall and all the rooms had a stall that was just theirs. Worked out fine just didn’t expect it.
