Overall, the stay was just OK. The biggest plus was the location due to proximity to the shops.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Bathroom too cold (could use a heat light or some form of heater), Noise from outside (i.e., lack of sound proofing), breakfast could have hot food like eggs instead of having to pay for them.

Great location, comfortable room
Pros:

Room was small but comfortable, good bed and bathroom, fabulous location in Katoomba Street, laundromat across the road.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great, just a couple of cereals and some toast. Shower was in the bath. Lots of stairs - no lift.

Ryan and Carolyn provided places of interest for those travelling afar. Thank you for the room with the holy decor and large bedding.

Cons:

Coming on the day of the winter festival was difficult to find parking but after speaking to the front staff all was sorted out.
