I love this grand old hotel. The room was large and comfortable. The location was brilliant within working distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were exceptional - friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again.
There was nothing I could find fault with.
Location is great, staff lovely. It's a little oldschool in its vibe but a good basic hotel for exploring the Blue Mountains. The bathroom was really nice.
Breakfast was quite basic, but there are some lovely cafes nearby.
