Easy parking, centrality and friendliness of the staff.

Cons:

Room could have had the television and sofa complementing one another. I you wanted to watch television (which great and had all the features) you actually had to sit or lie in the bed. a nice desk-type table with chair would also have been nice.

We loved how warm and inviting the hotel was, the lounge area was cozy and comfortable, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming and we felt like we were celebrities!

Cons:

The only complaint I have isn’t really a complaint at all because it’s a comfort thing and I am more than aware that this is subjective, but firmer pillows would be good!

Good value for money
Pros:

Beautiful art deco, very clean, our rate included light breakfast

Cons:

Noisy plumbing, uncomfortable bed, only spare PowerPoint was in bathroom, no PowerPoint in room so had to plug in the kettle in the bathroom, old threadbare blankets in between sheets, no doona or covers, step in bath to shower
