Room had the expected charm and grace of an building of this era, the leadlight windows are stunning. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. A continental breakfast was included, which was well stocked and included fresh pastries and fruit as well as the usual options. A great location, central to everything, the receptionist Caroline was brilliant on checking in, able to provide answers to our questions regarding the heritage of the building, town, as well as providing some great options for dining, and for antique shopping in the area.
The bottom sheet on the bed could reach the bottom of the bed base, always a bug bear of mine being a tall person. They do warn you that there is no elevator, so cannot complain about having to climb the stairs to the bedrooms, although not sure how a mobility challenged person would cope with the stairs down to the dining room.
Room was very clean and comfortable; TV was not on a swing arm therefore we had to move the couch.
Location is good, but not so good for the train station. (There is a bus)
Breakfast is continental, adequate, but very minimalistic.
Suna was very good.
Stain glass windows are beautiful.

This building has been restored so well, a credit to the family.

Location was excellent within easy walking distance to main street, easy parking, room was comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Shower over the bath was a little difficult as I am quite short and shower head was too low for my husband who is quite tall. The room was great but there is evidence of external maintenance being required.
Perhaps you could offer some more variety of fruit.

Tired and run down, lacking in any character, staff appeared disinterested and tired
Very friendly staff, the room was also spacious and comfortable. The location is not far from the trails of the blue mountain to do some nice hikes. There is also a laundromat and grocery stores in the neighborhood.
The choice of the included breakfast is a bit limited (bread slices, and cereals). If you want more choice, an additional payment is required.
Situated on the main street so close to restaurants & shops. Parking & breakfast available. Large room & bathroom!
