Love our times at Mercure Penrith, very relaxing :)
Pros:

We have stayed here several times to visit family in the area, the location is great and the easy access to Penrith Panthers Leagues Club is very handy.

Cons:

Our shower ran out of hot water one night.. a minor maintenance issue occurred after very heavy thunderstorm weather.

Comfortable and good value for money
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The bed was so comfortable that we wanted to bring it home with us. It was also a very hot weekend and the air conditioning was super effective.

Cons:

There were a lot of kids staying when we were there so there was always a long queue for pancakes at breakfast especially as some of them would press the button to get up to 10 pancakes at a time.
The tea at breakfast was also very weak and I needed two tea bags to get a decent strength.
