The hotel is very well located, directly in front of Hyde Park. The room was quite small, and it was difficult to fully open a medium-sized suitcase. The staff were kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
One minor inconvenience was that the room doors close quite loudly, and there was noticeable noise from neighboring rooms.

Always love to stay at Song. The location is perfect and breakfast is great, really fuels you up for the day. The restaurant is also very good and convenient.
We didn’t have a balcony this time and the windows barely open so I did feel a bit stuffy. The aircon works well if you don’t mind having it on all the time. Also a suggestion: some seeds to add to the breakfast bar would be so good.
