Pros:

It is close to the touristy spots. The staff are really nice as well. The umbrellas are really helpful in the rain 😊

Their commitment to supporting women through YMCA is brilliant. Restaurant was good, good breakfast, room service available. Comfortable bed.

Great value-for-money hotel in a superb location with amazing staff.
Pros:

The room was perfectly clean, the location is fantastic right at the end of Oxford St, next to Hyde Park and Museum, and a short walk from the centre of the CBD. Plus, the free WiFi (which we had to use to work sadly…) was 10x faster than what I can get at home.

The staff were probably the highlight of the whole stay. Everyone we interacted with, from reception to housekeeping to breakfast wait-staff and the restaurant/bar team were extremely friendly. The breakfast team even let us sneak in, grab a plate of food from the buffet just as they were about to close because we overslept - and they didn't mind us sitting in the restaurant to quickly finish brekkie while they were taking down the buffet either - much appreciated.

It was also great to see that the hotel employs people with disability!

Cons:

The room was basic and because we had a Twin Room (probably turned from double to twin using Zip-and-Link Beds?) the beds were on wheels and I kept sliding away from the wall when propping myself against the headboard to read or even when moving the pillows at night. The bathroom had some of the typical "Sydney Older Building Pipes" smell.

Fabulous location, near Museum Station, Oxford St and Surry Hills.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, staff and the room.

Cons:

The air freshener they were using, in the lobby and on the levels was over powering.

Perfect short stay very happy customer
Pros:

Very clean room and comfortable bed. The property smelled very nice. Nice warm welcome when I walked in. Everything I needed was in the room. I got an upgrade as well, which was much appreciated. Location to Hyde Park is brilliant very easy to walk around and felt safe.

Cons:

If the offsite car park was slightly closer that would’ve been good, but it didn’t bother me too much either as it wasn’t raining

Absolutely staying here again whenever I revisit.
Pros:

Loved how cute and small it was. Very sufficient. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very helpful with my check in and they assisted with everything I requested for. Pretty easy to move around.

Ein Aufenthalt ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sydney Oper und Botanischer Garten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist zudem gut. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich. Im Zimmer steht ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee- und Teezubehör zur Verfügung.

Es hat alles gut gepasst.
