The room was clean and cozy, the armchair was especially comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a water bottle refill station next to the reception, which was a nice bonus. We would happily stay here again!
The pillow was quite thick and therefore not very comfortable.
The hotel Is really modern and the staff Is outstanding. Breakfast Is complete even if it's Always the same. Rooms are nice and clean, with a nice view. The hotel staff was perfect and the position Is absolutely top!
The worst thing Is the room soundproofing: we can clearly hear when our neighboards were in bathroom and also people passing in the hallway. The fridge was also really noisy so we had to disconnect It for the night.

Fabulous staff, great location and nicely rennovated. I asked for a quiet room as I’m a light sleeper, and the rooms at the back were very quiet.

Breakfast - I don't stay in hotels much these days so appreciated the breakfast choices / diversity. I appreciate that some staff appeared to live with disabilities - I think more people living with disabilities should be given employment opportunities. Room was clean and comfortable. My son loved that there was a table tennis table we could use, and we appreciated using the paddles and ball for matches during our stay.
Access to a pool or gym would be wonderful if possible.

We have only one complaint. We had a 5-night stay and were disappointed that the cooked breakfast was exactly the same Each day. Sausages, baked beans and scrambled egg became so monotonous after the second day. Adding grilled tomatoes and poached or fried egg to the breakfast menu would be a great improvement.
