We flew in from Seattle Washington first time in Merida With 8 PM landing.We had our confirmation and I gave the hotel Hotel National Merida my payment information so then get a confirmation that they will accommodate a week in advance and we get there and there’s no place for us to stay and since I was disabled I made sure I disclosed this to location Not to mention. I have an eight year-old son that was with me and yet no room was reserved. This was our first time in Merida. I had to go in my app and find a hotel room for disabled and child room friendly for accommodation. This was a mess. So called holiday inn and they said they can make it work. They have us in a handicap accessible room not next to to many people so my son laughing to loud or talking to the TV lol won’t bother anyone. They came through. Big Thanks to the staff at Holiday Inn Express!

No lo recomendaría para una estancia cómoda

La ubicación y que tuviese parking aunque con plazas limitadas

Cons:

Las camas no eran nada cómodas y en particular la almohada. Además no había prácticamente agua caliente y si la había tenías que dejarla correr 10 minutos. La presión casi era inexistente

Me gustó más que está súper céntrico y que está muy tranquilo a pesar de que algunas reseñas dicen que es ruidoso Yo pedí una habitación que no diera a la calle y pues todo excelente.
